Best pan ever! Cooks evenly. Nothing sticks. Wash up is a dream. I have 2 sizes, use them daily, and and love them both.

Rarely need to use it because the Nanobond generally cleans up so easily, but it works well - especially on the outside, which is a little more likely to show the occasional stain.

After years of trying out nonstick cookware I have finally found the best!

Had this pan less than a year. Curious to see how durable the non-stick surface lasts. Out of the box, it is a good looking tool. The handle is very striking. As are the flat rivets. When I was shopping, I figured the flat rivets were just a gimmick. Now I truly like them. Some technical notes. The handles get hot. At least on gas they do. Ever see the demonstrations? Cooking an egg without oil? This pan does not. That said, it only takes a couple drops to cook an egg. It's a good non-stick pan.

I added these two non-stick pans to my set and was quite surprised at the outcome. While all Hestan pans are the best for even heat distribution and good at searing meat, fish and poultry, these non-stick were amazing with butter less fry’s.

Performs well on a top of stove. Flushed rivets are the best. No food get under them.

I use the skillet almost daily on an induction cooktop; sauté, frying, pasta sauce, etc. It never sticks, clearly is induction-ready (no humming) and performs superbly.

Love this little pan! Easy to clean up, works great and superior quality. I haven't had anything stick to it since I follow the directions of heating the pan then heating the oil - awesome!

Without question the best pan I have ever used. The surface distributes heat evenly, putting a lovely brown char on steaks and chops. Deglazing is instantaneous and cleaning is a breeze. To top it off the pan is beautiful. I love Hestan TITUM!

The best investment I've ever done for my kitchen. The quality level, design and performance is in another level. I've cooked all kinds of dishes and the outcome is always great and delicious. The service from the concierge has been very useful, and I like that I can call them directly if I have any questions about my skillet. I'll definitely buy the whole Nanobond set at the end of this year.
