This is a fantastic set. This "nano-bond" aspect lives up to its hype! After having used it for about 6 months, I find that it resists wear and tear much better than good stainless steel units. For example, on the bottom of my stainless steel pans scratches appeared quickly due to movement on the cast-iron stove grates. Not so on Heston's nano-bond set! Also, after using Heston's special cleaner the finish (inside and out) returns to a brand new appearance. The set is also easier to clean than stainless steel only sets. Also, one can use Pam Cooking Spray with the nano-bond set with great performance (yeah, I know, Pam Cooking Spray "may" not be the healthiest option available) and there is apparently no degradation to the surface of the pots and pans (I have heard the same is not true of Pam with regular stainless steel sets or so-called stick-free cookware). The nano-bond cookware is a bit expensive but it is certainly worth it!

This cookware is the best hands down! Takes bit to get used to it as it conducts heat so well, but I have had anything that cleans up so well. It was expensive but worth it, you get what you pay for!

If you want a high quality stainless pan, you can't go wrong with this one. It heats evenly, cleans up easily for a stainless pan thanks to it's titanium coating, and is a joy to use. When we have the disposable income for a few more pots and pans (which may be a bit given the price of these reflects the quality -- high), you can bet they'll be Hestan nanobonds

I bought this pan because it had two small handles and would fit on my 18” kamado grill. I like it so much that I basically use it for cooking everything. Its very well made and cleans up like new every time. Its my absolute favorite cooking companion.

These are the best pots and pans that we’ve ever owned, and that includes lots of different expensive brands. Not only do the cook well, they are extremely easy to clean, and the best looking cookware we’ve ever owned.

I've had this wok for over 2 years and it's beautiful. I use it for all sorts of things, simmering chicken in a sauce that gets messy, stir fries (natch), cooking down huge loads of greens and I've even made paella in it. Love the size and look and it's not too heavy. I cook on a gas range and the heat is evenly distributed. Easy to clean and with the solution they send you can even get it back to gleaming easy. Love this pan!

I had been looking for a roaster WITHOUT a non stick rack and was happy to see this addition to the Hestan line, almost all roasters have a non stick rack. I bought the 14 1/2” one because I rarely cook for enough people to find the larger one useful. It is the perfect size for my family of three and can easily fit on the stovetop over 2 burners for gravy or whatever else you want to use it for on the stovetop. I have used it many times to do a roast or a roast chicken. It is very durable and solidly made but will scratch up a bit using a metal spoon to stir the gravy or vegetables around - or as my wife says “ you mean it looks like you have actually used it?” Very please and would recommend, pictured is a 5lb frying chicken and vegetables and you can see there is plenty room for more.

I'm super happy with the set. After reading all of the reviews, I was convinced to give this set a try as I wanted to upgrade anyway. It was the best choice for me for sure. Everything heats well, cleans easily, and looks amazing.

While I've used stainless clad cookware for nearly 40 years, this Hestan ProBond set is by far superior to any other cookware I've owned. My initial impression, it's beautiful. As I've used it, I'm so happy with the even heating/cooking, the flush rivets that make cleaning easy, and the durable stainless lids. My last set of a different brand had glass lids, and the seals on those lids broke within 5 years. If you're not familiar with stainless cookware, READ and FOLLOW the use and care instructions contained within the product guide that comes with this cookware. This set will not disappoint!! I've got my eye on the Hestan NanoBond skillets as the next addition to my kitchen.

These pots and pans are beautiful! Well designed, heavy duty and indestructible! They clean up looking like new. They ARE expensive but this is a case of you get what you pay for. I think my daughter bought them for me because she wants to inherit them :-) I expect them to last for generations to come.

I am SO happy I chose Hestan! Where do I begin? Great quality, even cooking, food just seems to taste better!
