Love this little pan! Easy to clean up, works great and superior quality. I haven't had anything stick to it since I follow the directions of heating the pan then heating the oil - awesome!

Without question the best pan I have ever used. The surface distributes heat evenly, putting a lovely brown char on steaks and chops. Deglazing is instantaneous and cleaning is a breeze. To top it off the pan is beautiful. I love Hestan TITUM!

Beautiful skillet , very even heat .

This pan was ordered as our “egg” pan. Can honestly say that out of all the “quality” nonstick pans we have bought over the years, this one finally performs as intended. We can scramble an egg straight in the pan with nothing else and it does not stick and can be wiped clean with a single paper towel. We handwash after sink washing….love it!

Best nonstick skillets I have ever used!

I waited a very long time before buying this pan, trying to find as much information as I could. I use a skillet for most of my everyday cooking and I never found a great one until now. The weight and balance are perfect, the pan heats up evenly. I tried just a one egg in a rolled omelette with a single pat of butter, it cooked to perfection, no sticking. The supreme test is delicate foods. Here are a few photos of the one egg The pan looks great after a wash with liquid dish soap a a quick dry with a paper towel. My next test will be fish fillet. I found using a small bit of butter or oil works best and you don’t need to heat it on higher than a medium/ to under medium high setting.The heat conduction is so good you really do not need a high flame. I am very happy with this purchase.

I own two Hestan nanobond skillets - 8.5 inch and 12.5 inch, and the fabulous nanobond 14-inch wok. I bought them at Williams-Sonoma after I told sales person I was looking for a long-lasting non-stick skillet. She explained to me how nanobond has a greater stick resistance although it is not non-stick. I didn't purchase anything that day. I went home, and I did a lot of research on Hestan's website. After reading about nanobond and watching some of the YouTube videos, I decided to invest in the skillets. After I fell in love with the skillets, I went back to invest in the wok. The paragraph below is taken from this website, and it is 100% accurate. I use my 8.5" skillet to make eggs every single day, and I use non-stick spray. Never have I had a problem. My teenage sons can even cook eggs in the skillet with nothing sticking when they use the non-stick spray. If a teenage boy can cook eggs without them sticking - well that says it all! I love the cookware cleaner. The first time I used the wok - it left blue marks, but then I read that was not uncommon and to use the cleaner, and the cleaner made the wok look brand new! The nanobond technology is incredible, and I am very happy with all of my products!! Cooking Tips for High Performance Cookware: NanoBond has greater stick resistance compared to traditional stainless steel cookware but it is NOT NONSTICK. The finish is gorgeous!, So far I've cooked an Steak and eggs And everything is cooks so evenly! and so easy to clean it after you done the cooking. If I had only one piece of cookware, It would be this without Regrets. After you clean it you have to Use "Heston NanoBond Professional Grade Cleaner" to be look like bought on the first day.

This cleaner brings my pans back to new condition.

I was an allclad person until I received my first Hestan frying pan. I bought the small pan fist to check out the nanobond line, I was so impressed by the quality and the way in which the pan preformed I went back online and bought 4 more pots. I would highly recommend this line. They are expensive but worth it if you want stella cookware.

Broke in my new frying pan with two 1-1/4” ribeyes with a pan sauce. Excellent experience. Perfect fond. Cleaned up like new.

After doing some research and reading all the great reviews, I splurged and bought the 11" non-stick for my husband for Christmas 2020. He takes very good care of his pans, and gave this one the white glove treatment given the price. This is his go to pan because it heats very evenly. However, it also started peeling around the edges like some of the other reviews. I am honestly quite disappointed given some of the less expensive brand cookware has its non-stick very much intact. At this price point, I don't know that I would recommend this brand given that the non-stick peels.

This cleans my hestan pan beautifully. as an added bonus it does a beautiful job on my stainless steel sink! my sink has never looked better. i only need a very tiny amount and it goes a long way. i love this stuff. i am gonna give a bottle to my family as a christmas gift this year. i wish it was more readily available though.

Love this pan. Heats evenly and the nonstick is a dream. No harsh chemicals seeping in to my food! I love all my Hestan pans!

I need to write a bigger review than this one pan. I started with one and the quality is so amazing I gave all my pans away to my children (a collection I had amassed from working at Williams Sonoma) The lids seal, the rivets are flush and easy to clean, the pans have heft without being heavy. I am in love.

It removes the colors left on the pan after hearing food and makes them look brand new. It’s an amazing stainless steel sink cleanser too.
