I selected Google Pay as my payment method, and the order was processed immediately using my default delivery address instead of the address where the product was supposed to be delivered. I understand that selecting the wrong address was my mistake. However, I tried to resolve the issue immediately after placing the order. I attempted to cancel the order, request a return, change the delivery address, and I also sent multiple emails to customer support. Unfortunately, none of these attempts were successful, and to this day I have still been unable to resolve the problem. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a solution, whether that is updating the delivery, canceling the order, or arranging an appropriate alternative.

My roasting tray arrived in good time.

Excellent quality, heating, design, packaging and delivery. But very expensive. Is it worth it - marginal. I think there are cheaper options almost as good. Will I buy another - almost certainly if they have a sale. The most beautiful pan I own but. .
