This is not just any sheet pan. It's a beautiful piece of art! Almost too elegant to cook/bake on. It's stunning enough to use as a bar tray. What I love: The WEIGHT! You can tell this is a quality product. The HANDLES - there was no doubt I could grab this safely out of a hot oven. The CONSTRUCTION. Everything design detail is thoughtful and intentional. The new OvenBond sheet pans and bakers are stunningly beautiful and super durable. I love that they are tri-ply construction so I never have to worry about them warping or flexing in the oven. Plus they look great going from oven to table. The lifetime warranty is an added bonus so I know they will last many years, without having to be replaced every six months like my previous sheet pans.

I love the lids

I can not tell you how much I love this pan! I bought it because I’ve been drooling over the 16 piece Nanobond set but I wanted to make sure I like the cookware before I spent that much money. First of all the first thing I noticed when I used it was that there is a significant amount more cooking area than on my old cookware that is a 12” pan. Secondly I was expecting a learning curve as it isn’t a nonstick pan and I have only ever used nonstick. This pan with a little bit of oil or butter was by far more nonstick than any of my “nonstick” pans were. Heck I have to use double or triple the amount of oil to make my old nonstick pans actually not stick. I was also concerned that I would be spending a ton of time scrubbing the pan as again being not a nonstick pan I was thinking this meant more intensive clean up. It’s not though, this is very easy to clean up. Tonight I made a spicy eggplant and chicken dish with a sticky spicy sauce. All I have to do is wipe the pan with a little soap and water on a sponge and it comes clean easily. There was a slight discoloration on the bottom of the pan the first cook and I thought I’ll give the Hestan cleaner they sent with it a try. I used a tiny and I mean tiny amount on a cloth and wiped it down and it came out looking like they had just shipped it to me. I have told anyone who will listen to me how much I love this pan, honestly my wife is probably getting a little tired of hearing about. Normally I used like 5-6 pans when I cook cause I’m scattered like that, but because I didn’t want to use any of my old pans I cooked everything for dinner tonight in my one 11” skillet. Do not hesitate to purchase this, it is worth every cent I spent on it.

Amazing cookware!

I upgraded from another brand in a 1.5 qt size to this Hestan NanoBond Titanium saucepan in a 2 qt size and found this larger size is not too big and gives a bit more flexibility in use - and the product is superior. I have added several Hestan NanoBond products because they perform so well.

I am really really happy with my Hestan cookware. I love the way the handles fit in my hands, and I find the pans much easier to manipulate than my All-Clad I was looking to replace when I switched to an induction cooktop. The pans cook evenly, and they clean up beautifully. I really enjoy cooking with these pans! I also really appreciate the fine customer service I received.

It is a really good pan. I really like the design and the most important feature is that it is lightweight Hopefully it will last a lifetime

Hello. This is my review of the Hestan Nanobond cookware. High quality. Never a problem heating with an induction stove. Heats through out. No nonstick coatings to be concerned about flaking off. Solid lids that stay put either when fully or partially on. Clean up is a breeze with just a sponge, soap and water (dishwasher safe as well). I have also found that at the end of use, heating soap in the cookware along with extra water makes clean up even easier. To give back any dullness look, the already included professional grade cleaner works. Supreme shipping and packaging. Yes, it ships with "Styrofoam" in the box but Hestan cares so much that this "Styrofoam" is water soluble. Lifetime Warranty. I am highly recommending this cookware set to friends and family. You should do the same :)

I was very hesitant to spend that much money, but my husband convinced me we should. I use the small skillet to cook my eggs every morning. The eggs just slide right out with no sticking! I love the set & am glad we purchased these. They will last for the rest of our lifetime & someone else will be able to enjoy them. Well worth the money!!!

This is a fantastic set. This "nano-bond" aspect lives up to its hype! After having used it for about 6 months, I find that it resists wear and tear much better than good stainless steel units. For example, on the bottom of my stainless steel pans scratches appeared quickly due to movement on the cast-iron stove grates. Not so on Heston's nano-bond set! Also, after using Heston's special cleaner the finish (inside and out) returns to a brand new appearance. The set is also easier to clean than stainless steel only sets. Also, one can use Pam Cooking Spray with the nano-bond set with great performance (yeah, I know, Pam Cooking Spray "may" not be the healthiest option available) and there is apparently no degradation to the surface of the pots and pans (I have heard the same is not true of Pam with regular stainless steel sets or so-called stick-free cookware). The nano-bond cookware is a bit expensive but it is certainly worth it!

This cookware is the best hands down! Takes bit to get used to it as it conducts heat so well, but I have had anything that cleans up so well. It was expensive but worth it, you get what you pay for!
