Shipping was fast, although order was split up weirdly like they just sent it out as it was ready which was fine just awkward.

Got recommended this mattress by NapLab. I bought it, shipping was quick, love the mattress. Haven't really needed much else, but so far Helix has been good.

Wonderful service by the helix people. I did have some issues with the initial delivery as I paid to have them remove my old mattress and the delivery people refused at first. They implied I was lying but I had it in my order. They said it had happened with someone else as well. They took the mattress in the end. They also did not install the topper inside the pocket and seemed confused about how it worked.
