The people I worked with at Helix were great. They treated me with respect and kindness. They really listened to what my needs were. Once ordered, shipping was pretty quick. Didn't even take a week. More companies should be like the reps for Helix. They stayed on top of everything until after the bed was delivered. Please note that if you don't pair the mattress with the foundation the warranty isn't valid. I suppose they just want to make sure the mattress is supported properly. All in all, BEST MATTRESS EVER!

Helix as a whole with the purchase process has been good. . . it's just we don't feel that the mattress we purchased is the right fit for us, the adjustment period has been quite the process.

Helix is an easy company to deal with never had an issue with ordering or delivery. Fair pricing with discount opportunities. We have 2 beds (sunset & midnight Luxe). No complaints and better sleep!

Shipping was fine. Nothing special, nothing terrible.

The shipping and communication was rough. Waited a month to get the bed and frame then another week or two to get delivery from your partner. Wasn't happy about this
