Really enjoying the new mattress. Thank each night that I sleep on it it gets more and more comfortable as I break it in more and more. Thanks for some great night rest and more to come.

Fantastic customer service!

Received the bed in about a week via FedEx ground. Great communication throughout the process.

Great

Great!

Best nights sleep from night 1 on. Woke with no pain in the hips or back. Delivery was delayed due to high demand but was offered a waterproof mattress cover for the inconvenience. Great customer support.

It’s the best mattress I’ve ever slept on I’m never going back to an old mattress of any brand except Helix and I got the Helix Moonlight and who I got me on to Helix is LoneFox (Drew Scott ) on YouTube

It was good

Love jt

Customer service excellent sent me premium glacio Tex topper to help my sleep comfort. The midnight luxe is a bit too firm for me. The topper has made it more tolerable to sleep on but not the sleep comfort I’d hope for. Probably should have got the moonlight luxe for a more plush cuddle feel. That’s on me not the topper.

Shipping was timely. Setup was a breeze

It arrived at my home undamaged, most of my deliveries do

Customer support was outstanding

Like the Helix frame this foundation was soooo easy to put together, especially since I needed no tools what-so-ever to assemble. Ingenious!!! But, even more than that it is built very well to last a very long time. I would recommend it to anyone if they were only smart enough to ask me.

No regrets! Look forward to many years of improved sleep quality.

Shipping was a bit slow but did get periodic updates.

Love the pillows. Super cool. Comfy. Best pillow ever owned

Shipping was great! Time to recieving mattress was pretty quick. Packaging is quite good, and well protected. I will definitely purchase again from Helix.
