We were pleased with the ease of ordering and a fairly quick turnaround. The mattress was kind of heavy, but the packaging made it a little easier to handle.

This is the mattress on my wife’s side of our king size bed, She says her body pains are noticeably much better since receiving the new mattress. Sleeping through the night without waking up and definitely more refreshed in the morning.

It took longer to arrive than your copy suggests. Yes it take 5-7 days to arrive but in original copy no mention was made about length of time to produce before it ships. You eventually mention that during busy sales times it may take a bit longer but this should have been said initially. So production plus shipping took closer to 10-12 days and I was expecting it in 5-7.
