Mattress is good but customer service is woeful. Very few people to speak to about orders and mattresses take a long time to arrive

Our opinion after 2 and 1/2 months. . . . My husband sleeps cooler now and I can sleep comfortably on my side. He used to sweat alot, and I didnt. Now its the other way around on this mattress. My back does start to hurt and I have to get up if I stay on it for longer than 8 hours but its very cushy and cozy until then. Our biggest in common complaint is that its already starting to sag in the middle. He is 170lb 6'0" and I am 115lbs 5'2". We opted for the extra cooling layer. Overall we are happy but after only having it for a couple of months, we will probably go with something different next time.

I loved the customer service as I had ordered a different bed and had the plus core mattress but after 30 days realized it was too firm so they sent me a topper. The topper made it feel better but I was still having such trouble sleeping hot so I asked the next steps and they helped me come up with an exchange that would work for me.

Pure comfort and sleep

We had a great experience with Helix and wanted to share in case it helps others trying to decide. We originally ordered the Midnight Luxe, but it ended up being too soft for our preference. The exchange process was incredibly smooth—customer service was responsive and helpful, and they arranged for someone to pick up the original mattress after the new one was delivered, which made everything very convenient. We switched to the Twilight Luxe, and it has been a perfect fit. It strikes that ideal balance—not too soft and not too firm—so it’s comfortable whether you’re sleeping on your back, side, or stomach. It provides great support without feeling rigid. We have the Twin XL with an adjustable base, and it works beautifully with that setup. Overall, we are very happy with both the product and the service and would absolutely recommend Helix.

This mattress is excellent, but customer service is slow. I’ve made several mistakes with my order and immediately picked up the phone to try to call someone. This is the first company that does not answer the phone and redirect you to email. Even the chat bot that is there to help redirect you to email. Everything worked out wonderfully so I don’t have complaints in the end, but if you’re someone that wants to talk to someone, whether it’s a because of an issue or guidance, then this may be a little frustrating. I love that they partner with a startup that comes to your house to set up your bed and remove the old mattress at an affordable price. It’s not obvious how to get that but was totally worth it.

I've been enjoying my new bed immensely! I got new sheets with it too to help with cooling, and its been practically dreamy! Def has my recommendation!
