Pretty good.

Comfortable pillow that’s easily adjustable to meet my desired fluffiness and support. I switched from Coop and couldn’t be happier with my decision! Definitely a great upgrade.

Customer service has been great, mattress was good.

It's light and super comfortable.

Fast service, nice packaging, great product, wonderful overall experience.

Shipping took the full amount of time it estimated down the the last possible hour. Packaged well. Some other mattress companies provide a tool to open the plastic with. Might consider adding this as you really can’t open it w your bare hands.

Great

Differently cooler the cotton and other blends.

Excellent mattress shipping in a box. Mattress is made to order and it is a pretty fast delivery even with standard FedEx delivery.

The frame initially sent was not correct, and we got a replacement that was right within 5 days. Amazing!

Shipping was free!!

Great customer service. Answered all my questions!

I am happy with my experience with Helix.

Everything went perfectly! The two guys that delivered it and set it up couldn't have been better! Overall I was very pleased!!

Service had been very supportive with my needs. Its been a whirlwind of a year getting my sleeping needs met. I worked with Ryan and he was very helpful and patient.
