Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!

excellent pillow and service

Communication was very good. We got consistent answers and the agent seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure we got what we wanted. We do not live in the continental 48, so there was an additional $300 to ship which gave us some anxiety. Thankfully, the product is great.
