Returning the first mattress to get the firmer one was a breeze. Very simple.

Helix was very courteous, friendly, and professional. They answered all of my questions. We got our mattresses within 10 days which is the time they said it would arrive. Their customer service is fantastic.

The process was smooth. Their payment options made it affordable and the delivery was fast. There was no weird odor when it came out of the plastic and we slept on it the same night.

Everything is good except for counseling for a firmer mattress

I’ve been sleeping on my Helix for about 60 days now and overall I’m really happy with it. I’m 6’0”, around 215 lbs, so support was a big factor for me, and I’m glad I went with the upgrades. The mattress has a nice balance of comfort and structure without feeling overly soft or like I’m sinking too much. The biggest win for me has been motion transfer. I move around a fair amount at night, and my wife barely notices, which has been a huge improvement. The one area I wish was better is the edge support. The side walls are not quite as sturdy as I hoped, especially sitting on the edge or sleeping close to the side. I also like the cooling features, but living in Arizona, I do wish they worked a little harder in the summer heat. Overall, it’s a very solid mattress and I’d definitely recommend it, especially with the upgrades. I’d be interested to try more from Helix to see how the rest of their sleep setup compares.
