Shipping service was great, they took our old mattress which was important to us as at our age 65+ we were unable to move and dispose of it, it was an extra charge but worth it. This was one of the reasons I bought from Helix not only that their mattresses were highly rated but they delivered, set up, and removed the old mattress.

The foundation was delivered without any notice but Helix made it right

Came in timely manner. Mattress was heavy but fun to unbox and watch it come to life. I haven't had to contact the company so far so I can't speak about the customer service.

Great service, and the process of the "unveiling" was exciting, though it would be nice to have it open right side up. A queen size is a lot to manage as an older person, and I had to flip it after it opened because I didn't realize which side was the top.

When the Helix Midnight Luxe didn't suit me (turns out I'm too heavy at 230 lbs and mattress started to sag around my hips) the customer service representative was very helpful, and helped me exchange the mattress for a Helix Plus Luxe, which I'm now trying. Hoping this mattress will be the right fit!

Helix is the company I go with every time the mattress is needed, whether it's us or anyone we know. The quality of the mattress is amazing, the price is reasonable. It's very durable, and will last you for years. . . It definitely improved our sleep, for side/ back sleepers and for stomach sleepers. The customer service is also fantastic! Thank you!

Excellent Comfort, Cooling, and Build Quality

esearched best mattresses and the Helix brand mattresses were always listed in almost every list at or near the top. They were conveniently running a sale and have the return policy so ultimately decided to give it shot and pulled the trigger on their top of the line Midnight Elite Mattress. The Huberman podcast also praised this thing which was also a deciding factor in purchasing. It arrives in two boxes (one for the main mattress & one for the topper that slides in the main mattress) I am 6'3 225 former college football player and this thing is HEAVY even for me - so definitely a 2 person job moving onto box spring/bedroom set. That's really the only con - it sleeps great and returns to form (so far) after. I sleep on my side and back and used to have some minor pains (felt like I slept wrong relatively consistently with my old mattress) and I don't experience any of that with this mattress. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to other looking for a high end sleeping experience.
