Customer was kept informed while awaiting arrival. This was much appreciated.

Shipping was quick. Mattress is perfect.

Shipping was quick and easy, I set it up myself with my teen daughter’s help to get it upstairs- the hardest part.

This is the 3rd and 4th bed we have purchased. Great quality. Great night sleep.

Quick service shipping was easy

Love my Helix Midnight mattress. Ordering was easy. I received my mattress in a timely manner and it was easy to place on my bed frame. Would buy from Helix again.

Quick shipping and didn’t get thrown into a wall when we opened it!

Smooth easy delivery process

I give it a four for the mattress if I could’ve given a zero for the boxspring, I would have but again I didn’t buy the mattress for the boxspring. It was just disappointed in how cheap the boxspring was mattress has been great.

Service was excellent. I would definitely buy another Helix mattress

Incredible customer service

Customer service was very good

Everything was easy

Just great from ordering to communication to customer service!

Unfortunately the exchanged mattress is not able to be picked up do to our location. So now we have to find a donor for the mattress. A little inconvenient but we are working it out. Overall I am very pleased with the Helix team. Thank you

Best sleep . Prompt delivery! Would absolutely recommend this mattress to someone else!

Perfect arrived on time and easy to set up the new bed. Had a little bit of a new smell but it went away pretty quickly

No complaints and I hope the mattress provides at least a decade of comfort.

Easy process. Good guidance.
