Helix has been great to deal with and my midnight Luxe is a great mattress.

This bed is everything. We started with the Birch Luxe, which we loved and was luxurious, but found it had too much sinkage for us (we love a firm yet cushiony mattress). I called customer service and told them our dilemma. I am serious when I say they suggested we upgrade to the Elite for NO EXTRA COST, AS IN ZERO DOLLARS. They then proceeded to pick up our Luxe mattress (shockingly easy process) and replaced it with the Elite. They even added the graphite strips because I told them I was a hot sleeper. Again, no money was exchanged. It is such a high quality mattress; it's so supportive but also bouncy (from the internal latex). The natural fiber exterior makes it wonderfully breathable in warm weather. When you touch and see this mattress it's obvious how well built it is. My sleep has noticeably improved since we got it. My only recommendation is that you call customer service before you purchase so they can pair you with the mattress that is best suited for your needs. They are unbelievably nice. I literally have no complaints.

Bed frame had some scratches out of the box but customer service went above and beyond to make it right. Would purchase from her again and we recommend it to everyone we know.
