I wake up everyday without pain, a bed isn’t going to change your life but I must say it’s gets pretty close. Waking up without hurting or just being sore from sleeping weird is such a quality of life upgrade. Shipping was quick with updates from order placement till it was delivered. Very easy to unpackage as well.

I have not had any problem with the website or customer service. Granted I did not need to reach out to them about anything. That should be a testament to how great the service was.

We had white glove shipping and the crew who set up the mattress were polite and very efficient.

This is our second Helix mattress. Our first one was a queen and we gave it to our son and upgraded to the King. We had our first one for 6 years and it was still the same as it was the first day we got it so I was a little nervous the king wouldnt be the same or the quality changed. It didn't. We still have the same support and comfort we did on our queen. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper and we both have zero complaints. When we go on vacation we are always sad to leave, but we always joke how happy we are to get home to our mattress because no other mattress we have slept on compares. We love our matress(es) and highly recommend them to everyone. I sound fake because I like it so much, but I am a real person whose family lo es the mattress.

i was hoping the topper would help i middle f the mattress sag but it didn't. . wish i would have gotten the full mattress instead but it wasn't in my budget

This pillow was gifted to me, but all thoughts are honest and my own. It’s amazing! This pillow provides great neck support and keeps me cool throughout the night. It’s firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to be comfortable.
