This Handy SAM lift is worth the price. Mine came very well packaged on a pallet with no damage at all I also purchased the vise that works great and is easy to use the lift is very smooth and well built you can see and feel the quality in it. I can now work in the garage for hours on a bike and not feel worn out Highly recommended, like everyone says "I should have bought one sooner"

It’s been almost 2 months since I paid $60 for 2 o-rings and I still haven’t received them. I would really like to use my lift again.

Everything was great except I was missing some bolts for the side extensions , you would think as much that I paid for it I would have all the bolts.

Ordered 30 days ago and I still do not have these products. Tough to rate when you don't get what you ordered 30 days ago.

I received my expensive Handy lift with damages - apparently from shipping (gouged/scraped paint) and contacted Handy. Their representative was less than empathetic and made me feel as if I had caused the damage. Handy offered NO resolution but said it would file a claim with the shipper and advise. I heard nothing from Handy until I followed up 1. 5 months later and now Handy states the claim was denied because it had not been reported within 48 hours. NOWHERE was it ever stated that it had to be reported within 48 hours. Their rep again offered NOTHING - not even an apology; but did manage to place blame on me (CUSTOMER) for not reporting it sooner. NOTE: the lift is shipped upside down and quite heavy. There is NO way to discover this damage until you take it out of the box and set it up. The reviews I had read about Handy were NOT consistent with my experience. Handy couldn’t be any less concerned and seemed more intent on laying blame than having a satisfied customer. Shame on Handy for blaming a customer for something that the customer has zero control over.

I received the wrong order for parts needed to repair my Handy cycle vise. I contacted Handy and they took care of the issue right away, no problems.

We purchased two lifts and one set of sides. The lifts work good since we purchased three months ago. Very easy installation for two and easy to move around on concrete.

The lift came as expected and was easy to assemble. Seems to be a great quality lift but I haven’t really used it enough yet to comment. I’m sure it will live up to the hype.
