Excellent service and well built equipment

I am very happy with my S. A. M. 1200 lift that I received yesterday and put together today. There are many improvements over some of the older lifts I have used in the past (it lifts much higher and is MUCH sturdier). Craig called me to verify my order and sure enough I had ordered the wrong side extension’s for the lift …. sure glad he caught the mistake! The only negative was the length of time it took to receive the lift 49 days but it was worth the wait.

Getting in touch with Handy after placing an order was difficult. I need now to call again because of missing parts on the order. Also the long seam on several of the tubes used in the construction were not ground smooth, so the round stock would not fit in them without first smoothing the tube and in one case having to grind a short amount off of the round stock because the long seam on the tube was impeding the assembly.

Shipping was great and very well packaged.

Took a while to leave your place, but all was fine in the end.

I'm as happy as you can get. When you can do business with an American company that makes its product in the USA and gives you quality and service it finds a special place in my heart. I love my motorcycle lift and my back loves it more. My DIY motorcycle projects are 1000% more enjoyable.

I will start with the negative I don’t want to use it!!! Really didn’t expect metal art when I bought the lift. In all seriousness it’s great, beautifully built. I bought the BOB lift with side extensions to work and clean on my sleds. Probably over kill on that model for what I use it for but definitely wanted something strong. Shipped fast and delivering was excellent from OD. Couldn’t be happy with the paint and build quality I’m glad I spent the extra money and bought a used made product

I ordered a seal kit for an older Handy motorcycle lift. I did not have the model number so I ordered the kit closest to my ram size which was the 6", the smallest offered. When I received the kit it was obvious it was the wrong size. I called customer support and they stated the lift I owned used their 5" Ram and that they do not sell parts for it. They had no suggestions of where to get parts and would allow me to return the 6" kit I purchased.
