This is my third Handy lift order. Quality of previous two have been good, but I can't speak to the third lift as it has yet to arrive with an unacceptable delay. Lift was ordered with an estimated ship date 30 days out. That came and went with zero notification. Upon contacting them, I was told of a welding hold up. Waited another three weeks with zero notifications, and was told at least two more weeks at which time they'll be "assembled". Still no estimated ship date and IF they are assembled when estimated, that will be over 2 months out from order date. These lifts are not advertised as "built to order", and even if they were - these delays are unacceptable for something that was paid for, in advance, to the tune of $5K+ in my case. If Handy can't have items in stock or stick to reasonable shipping times, they should not be collecting payment until items are finished and ready to ship.

Great product. Very happy that we went with them.

Delivery was slow, I had to buy longer carriage bolts to make it fit, but once that was done I am pleased with the products.

I just wish I could afford some more for the other trailers I have

30 days for delivery, worth every minute. I got the 1200 SAM and I love it. I also got the side extentions and with the 30 " ramps I can easily drive on my Street Glide

From start to finish, the sales staff was awesome! When my lift arrived it had a broken handle on the wheel vice. They immediately sent out a replacement. If you're looking for a lift table that will last. Handy is 2nd to none. Heavy duty quality and the price reflects it 100%. You can't go wrong with their products.

Order #26512 was placed and paid for on June 2, 2026. Today is July 11 and I’m still waiting to receive. Zero communication from Handy. Zero information from the website when I log into my Handy account. Please reach out and let me know when my order will arrive.

Where is it? Pt 2

I got the dolly a few months ago and it has been indispensable. It’s such a simple design and has worked so well in moving the lift easily. I move my lift a lot and it was a pain, but now in just a few seconds I can move it all over the garage without having to push it by hand or foot (the lift is very heavy).

You indicated that it would take 3 weeks to get it. I canceled the order and went with one of your distributors.

3 emails sent to the company via the website as indicated, 2 voicemails left, no response. I appreciate the quick response from the reviews page though. I would love to be able to leave a stellar product review but I cannot get any response to the only two questions I have. 1: what is the estimated wait time from order to shipping of a B. O. B. 1500 and CV 17 cycle vice? 2: Are customers charged for the product at time of order or shipping? Sorry for posting this on the review board but there is no one responding any other way. Thank you

I had a couple of questions before making a purchase but there is no response to emails, nobody answering the phone and the voicemail cannot receive any more massages. Not what I expected.

I've been putting off writing this review for a while. I bought the b. o. b 1500 and very dissatisfied with the quality. First, once i received it the ram didn't hold pressure would always creep down, my old handy didn't do that. Second, when you add the side extensions you cant hardly reach the safety bar & it was so tight you couldn't pull it down, they did address that concern and send me something they had made for themselves for one of their pieces of equipment & that helped but it is flimsy and im sure will fail also, my old handy didn't do that. Third, now the catch that holds the safety bar is always moving and no matter where i put it or how tight i make it when you try to put the safety bar back in place it moves and will not secure bar, i have to hold the bar as the table lowers all the way down to floor, my old handy did not do that. I'm tired of messing with this thing. I run a small engine shop and use this thing many times a day. I just don't think its going to hold up like the old ones.

The part was better then expected

Money taken. Delays. No communication. No product delivered. High inflation cost. Still wondering if I made a mistake going with handy.

I found it irritating to wait 6 weeks for my order. Otherwise the lift is great.

Ordered my lift 04/21/26 still waiting.

Super high quality, reel robust and should last for decades.
