One of my old lifts finally couldn't lift a bike. Expecting parts to be obsolete, I was pleasantly surprised to see that an inexpensive fix was still available. Shipping was fast, my crew was on it and we were up in less than an hour.

would like to order a lift, have a few questions about products and shipping. Nobody will answerer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. Tried to email and the email came back undeliverable said mailbox was undergoing maintenance. Just wondering if they are still making lifts? Thanks, Rich

Arrived early and in good shape

I chose to drive to Fargo to the freight terminal myself to pick up my new lift. Just because we live on a very rural road and I was concerned about the truck being able to navigate our road in the winter.

Nothing spectacular.

Should have done it sooner! As everyone always says. I was worried about receiving it on a semi truck at my home but it went flawless and was easy for me to turn over without mechanical help. Make sure you request the lift gate option.

The Side Panels will not line up at all, so I’m not too happy about that.

Service was great the only issue was the shipping pallet didn’t survive the shipping l have bought two of these lifts and both had the same damages to the pallets you need to do something about that.

For zero customer service, and no acknowledgment of returned items, much less a return of my money.
