I chose to drive to Fargo to the freight terminal myself to pick up my new lift. Just because we live on a very rural road and I was concerned about the truck being able to navigate our road in the winter.

Nothing spectacular.

Should have done it sooner! As everyone always says. I was worried about receiving it on a semi truck at my home but it went flawless and was easy for me to turn over without mechanical help. Make sure you request the lift gate option.

The Side Panels will not line up at all, so I’m not too happy about that.

Service was great the only issue was the shipping pallet didn’t survive the shipping l have bought two of these lifts and both had the same damages to the pallets you need to do something about that.

For zero customer service, and no acknowledgment of returned items, much less a return of my money.

I dont have your lift now I am stuck with your seal kit

I’ve had a great experience with my purchase process Tyler Jansen has been great to work with at Handy. Old Dominion on the other hand not so good. But Tyler and I are currently working out the bugs and he will definitely make it right.

My order came ahead of schedule and had zero damage. The SAM 1200 is the perfect addition to my garage. At 63 years old I prefer to not have to be on the floor working on or cleaning my rolling stock. ---Pat
