Great for shopping however I got an email today stating after a certain amount it would be free shipping and I just had to pay almost 30$ for Shipping

I ordered 2 Hearty Hibiscus on May 29th and received them on 6/11/26. They were well packaged and dormant upon arrival. One plant never revived from dormancy, and the other is not flourishing in the Texas heat; it has wilted stems periodically. To be fair, these plants may do better in a cooler climate than what Texas has during the summer. And if you are a local, they probably are more concerned with your satisfaction. I have wasted most of the summer months waiting on some life from the dead root stock to no avail. I was informed I had to give it 6 to 8 weeks. I have decided to purchase locally in Texas, which is a pretty large area, from now on. Buyer beware. Lisa Tindol Midland TX

It is always a pleasure to shop at Gurney’s. The products are wonderful and if there is a problem with something not growing they refund your money. They are my go to for fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Love the catalog and knowing the flowers will work in the far north of Minnesota. And the guarantee. However, the free shipping offer did not work for my order.

Difficult if you make a mistake.

Check out is becoming harder. Problems come up but link for solutions doesn’t work. Notifications don’t get sent when product is available. Support doesn’t return or respond to emails. I’m very disappointed with customer service which may lead to canceling my account after 20 years.

My shopping experience was good. However, from what I read, I thought if I ordered $75. 00 of merchandise, my shipping would be free. It was not.
