Fig, hostas, and asparagus! In the ground and looking great. Thank you, Gurney!
We always order from gurneys, very pleased with the produce that we grow
This Lily was a very nice surprise. Everything you promised plus an incredible fragrance. Ordered more of course! Put pictures on my Facebook website. The flowers are huge.
Placed an order for two bush cherries in August. Both were in stock, both were available for my state. It took until the very end of October to get one of them, and we’ve already had hard frosts here. The other was supposedly cancelled by me (not even remotely true) and when I contacted customer service, they told me 1) I cancelled it, and 2) it was cancelled because it wasn’t available for my state. Not true on either country. The version I ordered I made sure was available. I then had to order a version I didn’t want for more money. The plants also arrived with virtually zero root, and you could clearly see where most of it had been cut away. I’m not holding my breath that they’ll make it through a Front Range winter.
I have always been pleased with the Gurney products! This time my fig tree, asparagus plants and hostas did not disappoint.
Love the garlic and onion sets. Planted and hoping they all grow! Only had one spoiled shallot bulb. But all is well!
Everything I order from Gurneys is great. The live plants arrive in excellent condition. All of the seeds have grown very well. I am grateful for the videos. They're very helpful. I just planted onions and garlic for earlier harvest next summer. I also planted several daylilies and perrenials. I highly recommend Gurneys.
Took over 2 weeks to ship my item, then sent the wrong thing. I order onion bulbs, not seeds. . . received a pack of seeds. . . very disappointing. Will not be buying from Gurneys again. ,. . .
I appreciate the good quality of products that I have received from Gurneys. I am already working on what I need to order for the next planting season.
They look very healthy
I planted a second round of sunflowers with this seed. I've had 3 lately coming up. One is a bush and continues to bloom. It also drew spider mites away from my food garden. Much needed in a garden. But this bush continues to grow and bloom. I just trim up the spent flowers. Just beautiful in my garden.
So far so good. Posted pics or the day I got it and today. Planted in a container until it gets its permanent home hopefully next year.
So far they look great. I ordered two plants and cannot wait for spring!
All came up hope they survive the winter
slow to respond on delivery took almost 2wks to find out delivery time likely wont order again
The grow tub is great and saves lots of space in my balcony. In fact, it looks quite pretty with the strawberry plants growing around the tower and it’s easy to water the plants from the top. I wish Gurney has the liquid strawberry fertilizer to make it easier to apply the fertilizer from the top and to ensure nutrients getting down to the bottom.
I ordered a Scuppernongs vine. I was so excited to receive my plant. Well, I received a Muscadine vine instead. They are not the same. To my surprise the ordered was substituted and I wasn't even notified. I have tried emailing this company. I still haven't heard a word back from them.
Blueberry plants were nice size and received in beautiful condition
Love this gorgeous plant! It’s already 3. 5’ tall and as wide and produced MANY gorgeous spears of multicolored flowers that brought ALL the pollinators, including a hummingbird moth (which I didn’t even know existed before). Though it’s been cold, it’s still holding its blooms and color, and has even seeded some baby kaleidoscopes nearby! I will review again in spring since all my Gurneys plants are in containers, I will share how this new favorite of mine fairs a zone 7 winter in a container.
The asparagus plants were actually alive and in healthy good state.
