Great customer service! I did not experience a long hold time and actually spoke with a real human being! I was issued a credit voucher for some Born Free Black Raspberry plants, which I'd not received. I wanted the plants but Gurneys was sold out and wouldn't have more until next spring. The rep was so polite and helpful, and without me asking, explained in great detail how to apply the code when ordering online. I just used the credit code to order some fall garlic, and it couldn't have been easier! It's nice to know that "real" customer service is alive and well at Gurneys. Thank you!

Their plants come in great condition I have had a couple times it took me a week to get to the plants and they where fine and healthy because they package them with care.
