The strawberry plants arrived and I perceived them to be in good health. I was not sure when they would delivered. The tracking link provided took me to a page selling stuff not a UPS or FedEx page? The other opportunity the invoice and the shipping carton both indicated that growing and care instructions were included in the box? Davita at Gurney's cleared that up for me. Great Customer Service! I'm interested how the plants perform as I am growing them hydroponically Time will tell. !

The blueberry busy I received was larger and healthier than any other bush or plant I have gotten from other companies. I will certainly now use Gurney's exclusively for my gardening needs going forward.

I have ordered two batches of blackberries over the last year. My last order included Sweet Giant, Ponca, Heaven Can Wait, and Arapaho. They all arrived packed extremely well, The plants were rooted nicely and were roughly 12 - 15" tall. Great plants. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Have used same fertilizer WOW for years. Best looking lawn in our subdivision. Won't let them cut our grass or use their cheap fertilizer on our lawn. Other lawns are full of weeds and ugly. Not ours!

My bulbs were delivered to me at peak planting time! Super nice not to have to store them. I also asked for advice on how to plant them, and their response was very quick! Thanks!!

This is not my first order. I keep going back because of the great service and product.

My garlic arrived safe and sound and right to my front door. I decided to try growing them in a raised bed. So far, so good. I have it covered with a window screen to keep the squirrels out. Then in the spring, when they put out their green sprouts, I will cover them with garden netting. Last year, either the rabbits or the opossum ate my tender green leaves, and I never got any garlic. I am determined that this year will be successful. I am excited.

My 5 star rating is based on the customer service. Thank you for being so attentive. I ordered a Japanese Painted Fern and I received a totally dried out and dead plant. Upon contacting Customer service, they were very apologetic, understanding and willing to work with me so I could get what I ordered. With my second Fern received, not sure if the shipping time had anything to do with it, but it was not the healthiest plant I've ever seen. I have her in "rehab" from her trip and hoping she acclimates to her new home and thrives to her full potential. I've ordered plants on line before from other sources and plants were/are healthy as bulls. Not sure if I would take the chance on ordering from Gurneys again but glad so many other people have success doing business with Gurneys.

I love the website. It was super easy to order the fruit trees I wanted for my yard. Then, they were on backorder and the weather started getting HOT. And RAINY. I tried to get a hold of the company to delay shipping until the cooler months. No response. The cherry tree was delivered during a heat wave. It is now in shock. I hope it makes it. The nectarine was delivered a month earlier than expected. It was slated for autumn, showed up in August. It's HOT again. I hope it makes it. To make matters worse, I am out of state working and can't care for them in person. I really, really wanted to delay shipping. Disappointed. Can we fix this?

Spent $17 on what gurney’s advertised as mammoth sun flower seed. My first doubt was the seeds were the size of a small pencil eraser. I’ve bought mammoth seeds before in a retailer seed rack. What I got for $17 was not what I’ve seen in an envelope with a dozen or more seeds. The few that grew well are every bit 7 plus feet tall. The bloom is the size of a coffee cup saucer. It’s laughable. As the headline reads, first and last order.

There are lots of possibilities but there ae also lots of items that will not ship to my state. Products that I would love to have but I would have to end up trying to go to a garden center to look for them knowing they are not the high quality that comes from this company
