Lovely item and a really good price.

Great service, had a problem with the original transformer for my lights. A new one was sent no quibble, arrived within 2 days, all working perfectly now.

This Christmas tree was just what I was looking for, it’s a lovely tree easy to put together and no messing about with lights, delivery was within a few days received email to say it had been dispatched all in all very pleased would highly recommend.

I will give a review when my refund that I've waited for for over two weeks is refunded to me and my faulty Christmas tree is being picked up no I'm not satisfied while your customer service is prompt in there replies to me nothing is happening E

Over all a quick response was given I was initially not happy with the response but in reflection it made sense I don’t believe the Christmas tree I ordered was worth the money. But paying for a return was not something I would plan on doing. The tree does have its faults but I will live with it this year.
