First time of using Garden Trends and am very impressed excellent customer services ,Won’t hesitate to buy again

Well pleased with our 4ft pre lit Christmas Tree. Looks lovely and just what we were after. Excellent prompt delivery.

Site was very good but need to change courier as my tree never arrived, It was out for delivery on Monday 22nd but hasn’t been delivered and it’s now Wednesday 24th Dec not happy as now not got a Xmas tree up at home 😢

So happy with this 3ft tree. Had seen others online but they flashed too quickly, would stress me right out! Transitions between colours are very subtle. Value for money and quick delivery too. Would highly recommend. 🎄

It's a beautiful tree, however the star and several branches at the top were not lighting up. It's such a shame.

I bought a fibre optic Christmas tree from this company. It was available in different sizes and the price was good. I'm very pleased with it. It's modern, stylish and works well. It's different from my traditional tree and makes a great addition to my festive decor.

Very satisfied with the tree, but your choice of courier leaves alot to be desired. As everybody knows that Evri are not efficient. I had to wait over 2 weeks for the item to arrive, which was a big disappointment as it was an early Christmas present for my neighbour. Please don't ruin your business by using Evri

Great product - we had good service from you with questions too. Very Happy! Just fyi - your carrier did not advise when they were coming - luckily I was there to receive - but the driver said if I'd been out they would have dropped it at the roadside - which in our case would literally be in the street - so their comms needs some work. Excellent product just as described , good price

I purchased the lights and tree from the Range . . . The lights arrived but no tree and you can never get a telephone call through to The Range so I phoned the garden Trends help desk and the lady was ever so nice and apologized for the lateness and 24 hours later it arrived . The rep from the garden Trends said something went wrong with the order she was very perfesional and very polite and I would buy things from the garden Trends direct as The Range is a no go as you cannot call and try and sort it out it has to be online all the time . . .
