Excellent customer service. Very pleased with purchase.

Garden trends have been so easy to deal with. A great service. Always readily available on the phone. Couldn’t ask for more. Keep doing what you do well.

Great service

Kept up to date with shipping information and, although it took a bit longer to reach us than expected, it arrived well packed and in perfect order when delivered.

Great

Really sturdy well made, easy to put together. Looks fab. Great customer service. Really good value

Always a worry when you buy online line. But very pleased with the rattan furniture

An excellent quality cover, at a bargain summer sale price. Matched the cover I previously bought for the associated table. Fast delivery. Thank you

Mark at Garden Trends was very helpful when the delivery company messed up and were disappointingly rude. He sorted everything out quickly and called me back to update me exactly when he said. Very impressed with Garden Trends, not so with the delivery company.

Speedy shipping. The sofa set is lovely and was easy to put together

Easy process of ordering and good comms. DPD somehow managed to delay the delivery by a day!

Great service

Easy to order, well packed, easy delivery

Absolutely fabulous experience with Garden Trends. Order process was really simple. I had a couple of queries and they responded super quick and sorted me out. Furniture arrived exactly within timeframe stated and is gorgeous. Would wholly recommend buying from these guys.

Great product and easy to put together

Shipping service was excellent

All good. Just bear in mind large item is delivered roadside so make sure you have an extra pair of hands to help you move it off the pavement and into your property. I only got confirmation of the delivery on the day when my item was on board so was lucky I could get home promptly

Excellent company giving delivery updates and good pricing. I would definitely reccommend this company

Easy ordering and payment. Item sent in fast time. Great company to deal with.

Good experience with service, delivery and product
