Customer services were great and resolved any issues I had with my delivery

Very good.

Delivery was reasonably quick. The guys delivering the boxes carried them through to the garden…. They are heavy!

Really great experience with great products and service

Good value

Excellent service. Arrived within the timescale promised. Good value for money.

Easy delivery. Well built. Easy to assemble.

The delivery was prompt and overall I’m happy with the furniture size/shape, but as shown the two single chairs have both got minor damage to the right hand corners.

Excellent communication and very speedy delivery service.

Excellent service

Perfect

Great product, so comfortable and cosy especially fire pit!

Very helpful staff in the garden centre we went to, to view what we wanted. Thank you.

Instructions not clear and Allen keys too short to be useful on construction, but happy with the outcome. I am still waiting for an item which was out of stock?

Great products, excellent communication and support. A small issue was dealt with promptly and quickly.

Customer service had a bit of a lag in getting back to me, but once they did they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently
