Having chosen the table we experienced excellent service throughout. We rang for further information, and all our questions were answered. Delivery date was given and it was delivered much sooner which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery driver was very helpful. Putting the table together was straightforward and no issues with the product at all. Highly recommended.

Would have given a 5 but I had to chase since the product not received as soon as it should have been and received an apology since they had made the blunder. Usual high quality Alexander Rose product.

Really happywith the product. . Very good quality garden set and just what we were looking for. Cannot fault it at all. All items were delivered safely and on time and extremely well wrapped and packaged. Was great that you did not charge for delivery to NE Scotland considering that many other companies seem to think we're not on the mainland at all! Well done, can't praise you enough.

I would definitely recommend Garden Trends. They have gone above and beyond. We were sent an offer after we had placed our order and they didnt quibble at all about honouring it. Also one of the chairs had a slight imperfection and they immediately arranged a replacement. Top customer service and quality products.

Great furniture and helpful staff at moss end garden centre but it turned and I can’t find any message to say it was coming had to leave work to drag it in so great up till it arrived lol
