I went to the show room in Maidenhead & the staff there where amazing. They knew a lot about all the different products on offer there & the products in the show room were 10/10. Ended up spending more than my budget but the end goal was worth it. BBQ not used yet as waiting to finish.

My experience was quick and easy. From online ordering to time of contact with palletforce was 5 days including a weekend. Could of had the delivery the next day but opted for another day. No problems and everything arrived on time.

Through no fault of your own the item was delayed on the high seas. Delivery was arranged when it was convenient to me without a hesitation on the part of Garden Trends However DHL delayed its delivery a further two days without explanation causing me to rearrange my own activities. Not so good.

The Richmond 4 seater dining table is beautifully made. It's really sturdy and heavy, so it will not blow away like some furniture does. Ordering online was easy. We were told mid-June, which was fine. The only problem we encountered was that we then received an email to be told it would be the end of May. Normally not a problem but we would be away on holiday. With a bit of digging, I found out where the local delivery depot was and contacted them. 4S distribution was extremely helpful. They rearranged our delivery for when we returned. All in all would recommend garden trends for prompt and efficient service and quality of product.
