This was our 3rd sofa from Furniture Fair. The first one, the delivery people took a look at our doorway and said that they couldn't deliver it. No attempts, no nothing. Had to go pick out a different one and it was broken before they got it off the delivery truck. They ran to the warehouse and got another immediately before we changed our mind.
