Delivery people are very nice.

Salesperson was great to work with. Our couch came with five pillows but when it was delivered there were only four pillows. We would like to have the additional pillow delivered at your earliest convenience.

Needs returned. Not at all comfortable like showroom model was.

The Communications by text and email, from purchase through delivery was superb. The delivery team delivery setup and placement with care was a wonderful experience. We are happy with our Furniture Fair total experience.

Great service

I was looking for a chair that I would be comfortable in. I am small & short so the salesman found a chair that is great for me.

Shipping service was excellant

The staff were exceptionally attentive and quickly pitched in to help use get the chair out of the box and into the back of our SUV. Really appreciate their kindness!

In spite of it being made very clear at time of purchase that our old bed frame had to be removed and we even received verification of that in our delivery notes, that information somehow failed to get to the installers until they showed up for the install and they complained and moaned loudly the whole time about it. Very unprofessional. A bad experience overall due to that.

Our salesman, Ray, was so helpful and patient with us. He took the time to show us around the store and help us decide on the best furniture to fit our needs (and that could withstand two dogs, especially our crazy Frenchie). The delivery guys, Ronnie & Jessie, were also terrific and careful with delivering our living room set. We’ll shop at Furniture Fair from now on!

My favorite store. Furniture is beautiful and I always love just walking around the store. The employees are so friendly and helpful. So wonderful to have real furniture and real people.

We did have issues at first, the lone recliner arms were loose from delivery. Contacted Furniture Fair and after some discussion they agreed to replace the recliner. So the replacement arrived and the factory did not tighten the wingnuts down for the arms. The delivery people checked it before taking off the truck. Ronnie and Tony took care of it by tightening them up. The original did not have the wing nuts. All in all Alan and the delivery people took care of us. That was much appreciated.
