Good overall experience

Excellent customer service in Miamisburg with Nick Monreal.

I’m very happy with this couch it looks nice and is very firm

You need to speed up production so people don't have to wait to plus weeks for furniture

They do a great job

I recently purchased a leather chair from your store in Florence, Kentucky, and couldn’t be happier. It’s comfortable, looks great, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the process. Great quality for the price. I would definitely shop there again.

We received it a little earlier in the day than expected and the two guys delivering did a great job. Were professional and friendly

Great couch at bargain price.

Thanks

Great chair ridiculous delivery fee that I didn't pay

Poor quality!

Tiffanie was the sales rep we worked with at the Cold Spring store and she was great and very patient with us as we kept debating between 2 kitchen sets. The process was easy and delivery was able to be scheduled quickly. The delivery was on time, and the guys were very efficient at getting everything in and set up for us.

Brandon Huth helped me on 3 different visits. He was very helpful and insightful. Thank you Brandon!

Enjoy working with our salesperson.

Poor support for problem with chair. Does not work properly and could actually be hazardous and cause a fall. Was told someone would be in my area the end of August!!! Totally unacceptable; guess because my purchase is small compared to entire living room verses 1 recliner/rocker chair I have to wait.

Terry handled this sale and return perfectly.

All good

We could not have asked for better service, from the moment we walked into the store to the final delivery and setup. We were kept informed at every step of the process with text and email updates. Our excellent salesperson guided us seamlessly, making shopping for our new furniture incredibly easy. This is the gold standard of retail customer care that other businesses should aspire to.

The best chest of drawer to buy from Furniture Fair. The color, texture of the wood , the size is perfect. And most of all a good price. I recommend Furniture fair to my family and friends.

Caroline was helpful and made sure the chair was right.
