A+ experience with furniture Fair! After visiting several other furniture stores, we were finally able to find a bedroom set at the quality we were looking for at Furniture Fair. Their staff is top notch as well. My sales person Raj was extremely helpful. He gave me information through text while we were trying to decide what we wanted, and even came in on his day off to process our transaction. The delivery team Tony and Ronnie did a outstanding job lugging that heavy furniture to the top floor of my house without so much as a scuff. I really appreciate that Furniture Fair employs their delivery crew instead of outsourcing. Those guys really care about their work and it showed. I will definitely be doing more business here in the future!

Love it for the money

Salesperson and all store employees were amazing. Had trouble with one delivery person who brought love seat. Bought set before Thanksgiving. Sofa was delivered after Thanksgiving. Loveseat delivered end of February. I was fine with waiting. It was two separate deliveries. I felt I had the sofa positioned close to where it needed to be. Maybe just moved back a couple of inches. When I asked employee at Furniture Fair if the delivery people would be able to move sofa back a couple inches it needed. Furniture Fair employee stated it wouldn’t be a problem. When I mentioned it to loveseat delivery team one of the main delivery people said “ We are only responsible to put loveseat together, make sure it is functional and take pictures “. I explained how they came as a set but loveseat was back ordered. One of the delivery guys did actually move couch back a couple inches for me so both couch and loveseat could recline at same time without interfering with each other. Thank goodness this wasn’t my first Furniture Fair delivery experience. Others have been amazing. It this experience had been my first I would not have been a repeat customer
