There was a problem with the removal and delivery of a queen size boxspring, however I was contacted with a solution the same day. They went out of their way to make a next day delivery. That's Customer Service!

The installers were great and so was the salesman Matt. . but the surround sound isn’t working on it and it was one of the selling features. . a tech is coming to address this issue on the 9th and I hope all goes well. . otherwise it’s a great product
