Staff was amazing. Sadly, after receiving loveseat, a friend had lost her keys and when digging through cushions we found SO much food in the cushions and a lot of dog hair. Food was some kind of kibble, and we dug a lot out. Very unpleasant experience. Understand it was a return item but furniture should be inspected before re-selling. I did post a negative review on Google, which I hated to do, because your staff was stellar. Experience was a huge turnoff, have always loved furniture fair, just hate that this could have happened.

Since we have heard nothing about follow up for fixing the small defect in the sofa, I cannot give a 5 star rating to you.

Started shopping on the website, which was easy to navigate. Went into the Louisville store to view my selection in person. Teresa French was a pleasure to work with. She showed me what I came to see, and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to purchase; she was just there to help.
