My experience with Furniture Fair has been wonderful. Lindsay my sales perso n is the best. Their quality of furniture is great. Our delivery was perfect and guys were very good.

They are standing behind the product and replacing the broken chair.

I had great experience with everyone that I had contact with at Furniture Fair (from the sales associate to the delivery associates). Then when there was a small issue with the pickup of the old mattress, the problem was handled with true concern and efficiency by the associates on the phone and by the pickup company (Junk King).

Awesome, the shipping and delivery was top notch. I basically have purchased all of my furniture from Furniture Fair. Always a great experience.

Nice furniture but no incentives or customers who purchase more than once or twice. Not even when you purchase numerous items at once.

Originally purchased bed when it arrived it was broken severally and replacement was months out. . . so I found another bed in stock. I received free delivery and price match on new bed company was great, helpful and friendly.

I did not get a written guarantee for the bed and I bought the 10 year warranty.

The mattress is comfortable however it did not remedy the morning pain in the center of my back that I was experiencing with my old mattress. The morning pain in my back is the reason that I thought I needed a new mattress. With Nick's knowledge and guidance I did have the opportunity to try several mattresses before making the purchase. He gave me his undivided attention which I appreciated.

The salesman was knowledgeable and he didn’t try to pressure sale.
