My item was listed as open box and arrived in perfect condition, though it was missing the wagon canopy. When I reached out, Rebel’s customer service was incredible—they quickly sent a replacement with no hassle. Both open-box items I received were in excellent condition, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I've been looking for months, while getting more and more pregnant. I decided it was time to buy and Rebel not only had options they were all cheaper, even then marketplace. So I'm happy with my purchase and have already made more.

I will absolutely be purchasing here again. The item was brand new. Nothing missing and a fraction of the price!

I ordered my greenhouse from Rebel, and I'm not impressed. I found a tear in the plastic as soon as it was put up, and a shelf keeps coming apart, and they are very flimsy. I do not recommend this product.

One chair was delivered a week after the other. The second was also missing both arm rests. Not a great first experience with Rebel.

I have used them twice already. Once was a great deal on a new highchair my daughter loves. And the second was a coffee maker. The coffee maker was damaged in transit and broken, but customer service was so fast and gave me a refund in full! Companies can’t control how others treat their product in transit but were obviously willing to make sure I was taken care of from the start. No haggling, just did it. Will continue to shop here!
