The car seat has a sticker that CANNOT be removed (sewn into fabric) that states it is display only and NOT intended for sale.

No communication no tracking number that I still did not have my product. It gives you a 30 day money back guarantee but apparently you don't get your product until after the 30 days

STAY AWAY! Rebel is a scam. They claim "Open Box" means never used, and that they inspect everything. Both are lies in my experience. I bought a Hatch. When I tried to connect it, the App said it was already connected to a different account. That's not "unused. " I made numerous attempts to disconnect it and re-register it but I got nowhere. I had to contact Hatch Customer Service to have them reset it remotely. In the same order, I bought a stroller. The box came with none of the protective packaging and the assembly instructions were missing. It was just loose stroller parts in a box. Luckily the parts weren't damaged, and I was able to find assembly instructions on YouTube. But I could have gotten the same stroller in the same condition on Facebook Marketplace for a third of the price.

I'm not sure where to go with this review but I order 2 of the same car seats and when they arrived, one has a grey seat insert (as shown in the photo) and one is black. It's not a huge deal, but is just not what I ordered and had hoped to have two identical seats.

Poorly built Cheap Falling apart already

I ordered two car seats in which one came without plastic covering and stains on the headrest. Unfortunately I didn’t open it until the return window had passed because I would’ve definitely returned it. I paid $500 total for both seats so needless to say, I was beyond disappointed.

I wasn’t sure if this site was legit but it is! I got our swings and booster seats all in perfect condition! Thank you rebel! So glad I found this site. I wish shipping was free or had at least a lower minimum spend amount.

I purchased a baby swing for my daughter and unfortunately it arrived without a plug. We were able to find a plug online and ordered it. Rebel refunded us not only the actual amount we paid for the plug but even a bit more than that. We will definitely order from Rebel again. Their prices cannot be beat!
