It’s always a risk buying from this site. Yes, the deals can be really good, but lately, whether you purchase something new, open-box, or used, there always seems to be an issue with the order. Something is missing, the item is much more used than expected, or there’s some other problem. It just never seems to be completely right with this company anymore. And don’t even get me started on customer service. They barely respond, and you have to send multiple emails and wait days before someone finally gets back to you. I used to shop on this website all the time and rarely had any issues, but unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore. At this point, buying from here feels like a gamble. Another issue is the shipping. I paid extra for express shipping, yet my order still didn’t arrive quickly. The company is based in North Carolina and I’m in Maryland, so I honestly don’t understand why express shipping takes so long. The deals may be tempting, but be prepared for the possibility of missing items, questionable condition, slow shipping, and frustrating customer service. Unfortunately, I now think twice before ordering from this site.

I wrote an email to you (support) on Aug. 29th and still have no reply. I purchased the Graco stroller/carseat for my daughter that lives in Las Vegas. They received the gift, and don’t like it as it isn’t as presented (according to them). I would appreciate if they could return it, and I will purchase something else from your store! The box was clearly opened before (as advertised), but the actual product looked like it hadn’t even been unwrapped! Very happy.

Arrived quickly but it was more “used” than expected. I was okay with the dings and missing pieces but the stains were pretty gross.

Ordered 2 slim car seats/booster seats to better accommodate my kids now. Rebel is the way to go! I didn’t want to have to spend a ton on making this update but their safety is important. I was able to get what I needed at a fraction of the regular cost!!

I ordered my item two weeks ago and it has yet to even ship.

I purchased a couple of imperfect items and they seemed perfect to me. The only things was that the boxes were crushed or imperfect but it was to be expected. The items looked brand new and in great condition

I ordered crib and it came with NO Hardware. I’ve been emailing numerous times with NO response!!! I have no idea how to get my hardware. Never buy from this online company again.

Ordered item on August 16th. Have been waiting over 10 days for the item. Still no update on shipping or when the item will arrive. Ordered the same item from Scheels, got it within 3 days of ordering it

A bit disappointed what was received was not as expected. Item was used and dirty as well as missing a part. I didn’t really save any money compared to buying second hand even with the partial refund I asked which probably should’ve was on me for not asking for more.

Honestly, this site has saved me so much money. I didn't think id ever be able to afford new booster seats and this site made it possible. Basic shipping is a little slower but you really can't complain considering the discount you are already getting. Thank you!
