I paid for item over two weeks ago still haven't been shipped ,still haven't received tracking Ups says company never gave the item to be delivered

I have recommended Rebel to many friends who have gone on to get some great deals! I am always pleasantly surprised by the stock and the prices on the site. Unfortunately my first experience ordering didn't work out since our package got lost—but, working with customer service was great! They were quick to reply, and efficient at getting a refund issued. So while I'm sad we weren't able to get our purchase, I'm grateful for the team's understanding and prompt actions.

I would give them a zero if I could! I ordered the Passport Switch 6-in-1 Modular PLUS Travel System - Madrid Green on July 6th. They send out a tracking on July 7th. The FedEx tracking STILL says they have not received the package. I reach out to see what going on. I get the same repetitive answer, “it’s still in our 5-10 day shipping and delivery window”. That’s all they will tell you. I want a FULL refund now of my $198!!! You can’t even answer a simple question. I’ve tried to reach out and nothing now! I’m livid!

I agree with other prices are good! But why shipping taking forever?!?. . this time placed order (2 items) on July 9, paid extra for express shipping, week past, still no any tracking on FedEx. . only saying suppose to come on 18 ( today 17th), and another items promised be here by 23rd. Wondering for what i paid extra?! Why even offer "express" shipping if its not!?

It’s been an over a week since I ordered and a week since a UPS label was created. Yet it has not shipped yet.

I was doubting because of the good prices because I had not bought in this place before. But I can say that the product arrived in very good condition as it was in the photo and with the best price everywhere

I did eventually receive my purchase and appears to be in good condition. However, my initial order never shipped and I had to work with support multiple times before getting a replacement (which was quoted as a higher price but they did match my original price). Very disappointed in the packaging as the car seat came a box unsealed and the car seat literally fell out of the box upon delivery. I had planed additional purchases through here but will no longer use this site.

We had a hiccup with shipping but I reached out and they resolved it immediately. I even emailed after business hours. I got my car seat/stroller in 2 days once I spoke with them. It’s in perfect condition. I will be ordering from them again for other baby items.

The prices are good but one item was broken into pieces when arriving. We didn’t return it because it didn’t worth the effort. Wish REBEL will be more careful in packaging and shipping in the future.

Really smooth process. Received two amazing products for half off retail that were in perfect condition, just the original packaging was a bit ragged which I don’t believe was Rebel’s fault. Shipping took a while, however these were oversized items so again, I’m not sure it was totally Rebel’s responsibility. Would be happy to shop with them again, anytime and to suggest them to others.

The base of the stroller is damaged which means it's used or no longer open box

My product was missing a bunch of pieces however they did give me a full refund.

I was hesitant about shopping on this site but I took a chance and was so glad I did! Products were as described and came within a decent time frame. The prices were good. I will certainly order from Rebel again.

Order was never delivered

This was my first time ordering from Rebel and I was a little hesitant due to the cost savings. I was so impressed with the shipping time and with the quality of the item that we received. I will definitely be ordering from Rebel in the future!
