I ordered three Graco TurboBooster 2.0 Backless Booster Car Seats. The product description stated that the items were "open box. " After verifying what that meant, I decided to place the order, fully expecting my items to be delivered in something other than the original packaging. To my surprise, the car seats looked exactly as they would if I had picked them right off a store shelf. I was even more surprised by the delivery time; the estimated shipping was 5–10 business days, but the package arrived in just 4 days. I paid significantly less for each seat than I would have at a brick-and-mortar store, plus I received 50% off the third seat, resulting in huge savings! I will definitely remember to check Rebel for great deals before shopping anywhere else.

I ordered a refurbished Our Place juicer and was excited to get it. When I got it both of the cups were cracked from the lip to the base and the stopper for the juice was missing along with the cleaning brush. I took pictures of everything and sent it to Rebel Support. They got back to me a day or two later and sent me a return questionnaire. When I filled it out of course was intending on returning the one I originally got. They informed me that they would be sending me a brand new one and that I do not need to return the one that I originally got. I got the new one the other day and I will be using it very soon.

Everything I have bought so far, I have been extremely happy with. Baby items are expensive and the deals in this site are true to their advertising from what I have seen so far.

I purchased three car seats which the manufacturer said should fit across the back of my minivan Unfortunately they did not so I needed to return one and let me tell you the return process was quite easy and they even gave me a credit because one was missing the cup holder but there was no issue I just let them know and they took care of me I would definitely order from them again wasn't their fault that the manufacturer of the car seat was inaccurate
