The caraway pan was perfect and exactly as described!

I am somewhat disappointed in the shipping department. I paid an extra $15 for 1-5 day expedient shipping. The $15 was assessed on each of my items. That being said an extra $45 was tagged on to the overall cost with my consent. Well, it's day 7 going on day 8 and I haven't received any items yet. This being said, "In my opinion and history DO NOT PAY for Any expedites shipping cost"! You will not receive your package or item any quicker!! It's a waste of money paying out!

I feel like I could have been notified when my product shipped and also the box was a disaster when it came

I placed an order on May 20th and have contacted customer service on 6/2. They said it was still on time??? I have not received this and I need it in a little over a week. Could someone please check order RSO-587862-US. I heard really good things, but am disappointed that the USPS still shows that a label has been created but they are awaiting the package

We purchased a Bravo Primo Trio Travel System, Springhill. It was an Open Box, but we could not tell the difference. It came with all the parts and was in perfect condition, all with a significant savings! Thanks Revel! My daughter is thrilled with her new stroller and car seat!

I have purchased a britax car seat, nespresso virtuoso espresso machine, and a kitchenaid blender set from REBEL. I have saved $100s of dollars on the purchases and am thrilled with my brand new items. They all came in their original boxes. I was stunned to receive them quickly as well. The car seat arrived in three days for purchase and the other two items arrived five days after purchase. I have told every family member and friend about the company, so I am happy to say you have a customer for life.

Ordered 3 items. 2 open box 1 imperfect. Imperfect item was missing a part and didn't work at all (microwave didn't turn on). Pans came chipped and scratched because of poor packaging. Toaster oven works but came dented despite being listed as open box. Partial refund for latter two to match imperfect conditions despite paying open box price. Not functioning microwave was refunded without having to deal with returning it.

Our Britax travel stroller came in perfect condition and is an amazing addition to our baby hear for travel and walks where we need something more compact.

The savings were 5 stars but the shipping was definitely 3 stars. That’s how I got to the rating. I’ll be making my future purchases with more time to spare from now on.

Delivery was very slow but the price made it worth it. When the product arrived it was broken past the point where we could fix it to avoid the pain of return. I put in a request for return today. Will update if customer service is good.

Very good deal from Rebel on a baby play set that was $50. more expensive elsewhere. The only problem was that it came in an open box, but that was it, it was taped shut and shipped so the outside was pretty mangled. I have to figure out how to make it more presentable as a gift. But this is a good site if you are looking for a good deal
