I purchased a Maxi-Cosi Siena stroller and car seat set from Rebel. Just to be on the safe side, I also bought their Hassle-Free Returns + Shipping Protection coverage. I received the delivery, and everything appeared to be in perfect condition. I tested every single component—with one exception. I failed to check whether the car seat actually seated properly into its base. It turned out there was a defect in the handle ; the handle wouldn't pull back all the way. I gave birth four months after making the purchase. When we arrived home from the hospital, the car seat wouldn't detach from its base. I initially thought it was just a one-off glitch. The very next day, we had a doctor's appointment, so we ended up having to dismantle the entire base and take it along with us to the office. It was an incredibly embarrassing situation. All in all, it turned out to be a disappointing "open-box" experience for me. I would advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice.

Will buy from rebel again!! Fast shipping and awesome customer service. Product was an ‘imperfect’ item but all it had was a couple of small scratches that aren’t even noticeable so I got an awesome high chair for my baby for way less!

The seat was in perfect condition and brand new. It is 1. 5yrs after manufacture though so I suppose that’s why it was cheaper.

Customer service is refusing to reply to my inquiry about my order so maybe if I place a review they will respond here instead. I placed an order for multiple items on April 6th. We are now over 2 weeks later and only one item has been delivered. Inquiries about my other items were met with please wait a few more days which I did. April 14th 8 days after my order, the inquiry was being escalated to another team to get me an update. April 17 (11 days after my order) after multiple more inquiries I got an email stating my other items havent even been shipped yet. April 22 (16 days after my order) I've sent multiple inquiries to which I have gotten no replies so I'm here posting my review. I have placed other orders in the past with no issues, and even felt I got great service. But this order has changed my mind about using Rebel going forward.

I received my Chicco car seat without the chest clip. The return process is a total pain. Takes several days , emails, pictures have to be submitted. I ended up ordering the missing piece directly from Chicco. I do not shop at retail stores with bad return policies. I would not purchase from here again based on the return policies.

I bought the stroller and it wasn’t what I expected, It is smaller than what I anticipated we put it together and tried it out for a day at the local mall and the height of it was a bit of an issue and wasn’t able to put my diaper bag under it area is small and forgot to notice there was no CUP HOLDER:( I asked What the process on returning the item and possibly looking at another stroller on Rebel THEY DENIED EVERYTHING and stated “ At this time, we are unable to approve the return because the reason provided does not fall within our list of approved return reasons under our return policy” (even though this all happened with the 7 days) Also there is NO LIVE PERSON OR PHONE # to contacts live person

The first item was wrapped in a small amount of bubble wrap and was broken when it arrived. Support was easy to contact by email and responded quickly. They reviewed the pictures I send and shipped a replacement that was packed well and arrived in good shape
