I ordered a bouncy seat, car seat, and pack and play for our local pregnancy care center, Ann's New Life Pregnancy Medical Center. It was all inexpensive, but didn't seem cheaply made. The car seat and Pack N' Play were packed in sturdy boxes. The bouncy seat was packed in a flimsy box.

I received the original stroller I ordered with brake mechanism broken, Rebel was extremely easy to work with and sent me a replacement stroller at no cost and made the return and exchange process a breeze!!

The website was easy to maneuver. My order did take longer than expected but that is not necessarily the fault of the Rebel company. When I emailed to inquire about it, they were very quick and helpful with their response.

I’ve ordered several things from Rebel and have always had good experiences, even if I had issues with a product customer service fixed it immediately. Sometimes it takes a while for things to ship is the only downside.
