If this is a refurbished set, there’s no clue in the pieces themselves, as they’re quite perfect. The box — the original display box — had been opened before but it came well sealed with tape and each piece was individually wrapped in a filmy cover, like pieces rubber-banded together. Delivery was a tad slow but I wasn’t in a rush. Altogether a good purchase and good experience.

It would be nice to know if the item is new, gently used, etc. I had no problem(s). The website was easy to navigate, easy to read and check-out. I didn't expect my box to be brand new, because I already knew it was an opened box. I received my box not too damaged. The item has no scratches, dents, weird smell, or anything of that sort. All the parts weren't in the one combined package; but they were all in the box and both items were in brand new/never been used condition!
