I love this Chicco Car seat and so does my Grandson. It seems to be very comfortable for him ( he’s 14 months old) and it’s the easiest install ever which is why I chose this one. I ordered an imperfect one but it arrived in the Chicco box with zero flaws and no missing accessories. 10/10 recommend this specific seat as well as Rebel!

I have shopped on rebel before but this time all the items I got were so damaged that I'm not going to shop here again.

I had never used Rebel before, but the baby bed was perfect!

Item arrived quickly and in good condition, but unfortunately was missing several decorative parts.

My third order from Rebel was not up to par. First one of the items arrived with only half of the parts. A second was sent but 3 days after I really needed the item. For another of the items that arrived poorly packaged, I was told I could not return it, even though we pay that return fee with every order. No more Rebel for me.

Don’t get my item but got my replacement and refundfor the other items.

I love my swing! I had a missing part and Rebel reshipped my order to make sure i didn’t go without! They were fast and responsive.

I purchased what was advertised as a "Baby Bottle Washer, Sterilizer and Dryer". What I received was just a Sterilizer and Dryer. I double-checked my emails to make sure I was not confused, and I was not. I didn't receive what was advertised.

My sister got me a baby bouncer, although FedEx picture shows the item on my doorstep, the item was not there when I opened the door. FedEx says i should contact the shipper and Rebel says there is nothing they can do. Really frustrating. You are better off buying somewhere else where you do have some sort of assurance they will care for the item until you receive it.

I wish I had a better experience to share, but from the getgo I was frustrated because from the order confirmation I was missing an email so updates on the order were never sent over. Then when item did arrive, it was a different item than ordered, so I had to reach out to customer service to request return and replacement. Still no emails being sent out so it was always using chat to request return label or next update.

I am so happy to get new brand name items for a fraction of the cost. I am still waiting on one item - it's been over a month - and customer service wasn't great . . . but I am very happy with the items I did receive.

I’m ok with your site but you use FedEx for shipping and they’re awful! My box was crushed and had holes in it

Great selections, items & prices but VERY SLOW shipping. For instance, Order RSO-694643-US place 8/25/26 (it is 9/2/26). 1 item has only had the shipping label created & the other 2 are still "preparing" for shipping.
