This was our first purchase from the Rebel website. While it took around a week before it was shipped out, and then another week to receive, once it arrived we were very relieved and happy with the car seat. I do wish Rebel would take the time to give more specific information regarding condition of items, particularly those listed as "Imperfect". We would be happy to purchase a lightly used or soiled item, but simply taking the risk without knowing what may be missing or damaged, is not very wise.

Recieved xl toddler booster seats. As advertised, open box and just like new. No signs of use and still looked brand new. Booster seats were wrapped in plastic and shipped together. Great deal for these items. Thank you!

So I found this website and started searching for a new backpack/ satchel and found this amazing Jansport for a STEAL on REBEL. I was initially concerned about the quality for the price but it was shipped well, it was in the original packaging and brand new. Definitely surpassed my expectations. 12/10

I've been doing a lot of research on super lightweight, TSA approved, travel strollers with great sun coverage and stronger storage and this one seemed to be the right fit for us. I was waiting for a good deal and once again Rebel pulled through for us! Arrived fast and came in perfect condition - just like our car seats we previously ordered!

Got 2 Graco car seats, both were brand new, tags and original padding installed and still in plastic overwrap. The boxes were both in great condition AND the ORIGINAL Graco tape still on the box and did not even appear to be ever opened or re-taped! Have already recommended REBEL to multiple family members and friends and my mom even purchased a new car seat the other day!! Thank you!!!

Customer service was amazing, and product was great!

I never got shipping confirmation email. It took them 5 business days to ship it, then another week after that to get it. For open-box item, it went fine for me, but the fact that they have to sell return insurance at an extra price makes me wonder what's going on. For the money I saved over just buying directly from Graco or Amazon I'm not convinced it was really worth it.

I loved the revolving car seat we got from Rebel! We did have a slight issue upon delivery but the customer service department resolved our problem quickly and professionally. We will be buying from Rebel again!
