Mostly easy to navigate - the search function could use a little work - great deals, transparent about the packaging, condition, etc. Have recommended to several people.

I ordered a little tike’s trampoline that said “imperfect” but the Rebel guarantee is that it is fully functional and has all necessary safety pieces. Well it arrived and was missing the screws that keep it from folding. I reached out and got an immediate response that a replacement item would be shipped out. It’s been over 2 weeks, I have reached out to customer service who said “full transparency there is a back up on orders due to a high volume and staffing” I told them respectfully that was BS because my original item shipped within 3 days. So they told me that they were going to expedite it, I got an email stating that the shipping label was created on July 15th, but the item still has not actually shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service a couple times in the last few days asking for a refund instead and I’ve had no response! Terrible customer service and all the recent reviews have the same type of story!

I am so glad I found Rebel and was able to purchase car seats for my two girls at nearly half the retail price. Fast and reliable shipping is always a plus, too.

2 of the “open box” items I ordered were damaged. The ceramic pan was scratched (therefore not safe to cook with) and a brownie pan was bent.

I was skeptical, but everything arrived brand new in packaging-perfect condition! Super impressed!!

Items are very good. The baby floor seat is very nice to have while cleaning, you can sit on coffee table, floor, counter top etc. baby can keep an eye on you as you keep an eye on your baby.
