Saved close to $100 on car seats. They arrived quickly and were as expected.

Awful. I never got the product. A shipping number was created but it never shipped. I feel like this was a con. Beware of using this site. The basic cost of the product was returned but not the additional fees

Product was excellent, can’t find any defect or imperfection.

Still havent received the Enhanced warranty coverage policy that I bought with the vaccum, although I had asked in last ticket as well.

Ordered a Graco Car seat (4ever dlx slim) but received a Chicco whole travel system! I know that seems great but we are pretty happy with the system we had but our little was growing out of their infant seat fast. It was our first time using rebel and we were curious but cautious. I bought the extra warranty or what have use for shipping and was reluctant. Did I actually need it I do not know because I was too lazy to actually read all the fine print but assumed it covered my transaction. It in fact did or maybe the normal coverage was fine I didn’t look into it BECAUSE… Rebel reimbursed me very quickly and made it right. Although I was upset I actually still had to go pay full price via Amazon after shopping around some more I’m glad they at least held up their end. So although they failed at providing the product I paid for they reimbursed me in full (minus the extra coverage I paid for: $20). So I’ll say 3 stars seems fair to me. Minus one for wrong product and minus another for the fact that I felt petty about the $20 in extra coverage.

Every product I have purchased from this site has been exceptional and saved me a ton of money. Whether it’s been open box, overstock, signs of wear or like new, all items were in excellent condition.

The stroller came in great condition. Only down side is the bassinet has a button mechanism that is broken and will not release from the stroller causing me to not be able to remove the bassinet or close the stroller properly. I received it as a gift and with the time that has passed I am trying to return and rebuy. I have lost contact with the rep I was speaking with who said I would be able to return for store credit. The issue is I am unable to close it, and be able to send it back. I attempted to reach out via IG but the comment gets deleted and the message does not get responded too. I have attempted to send videos but they are unable to open them. It’s a shame because I have purchased from here multiple times without issues. I would just like a bassinet and stroller replacement.

Not great. Order a Delonghi Magnifica Evo espresso machine. Came broken and unfixable. Good with the return process so far. Still have to take it to fedex and receive my refund. Utterly disappointed in my experience otherwise.

Didn’t come with all that was advertised. Missing the mesh top and the bottom storage basket

I ordered a Graco Jumpstart 4 in 1 (Open Box) and am missing the floor seat/jumper attachment completely and the latch that is supposed to hold my babe is broken. This product retail, completely unused, is $170, i paid $128 for this product from Rebel for it to be missing half of the product. There were also no instructions in the box. The rocker I ordered was ordered as imperfect and is not missing anything but was not supposed to be used but had dog hair on the cover and stuck in the rubber feet on the bottom of the chair. Very unsatisfied with this and will not likely purchase from this company again and will just pay full price so I get what I actually ordered.

purchased an open box and it looked brand new. No parts missing and it went together super easy. Very pleased with my purchase!

I give this rating because the item was packed so poorly (no cushioning AT ALL and the super thin cardboard box it was in [the ONLY packaging] was taped togther to keep it from falling apart) that it was broken beyond use/repair on arrival. On top of that, when I received my refund (as an exhange was not available) it did not include a refund of the shipping cost. . . even though how they chose to ship it is the reason it arrived broken beyond use/repair.

Have bought many items from rebel, never disappointed!

I love the deals and offers that are available but the shipping is a bit of a problem not ever delivered where it’s supposed to and not on time

Very pleased with customer support to make sure my reorder was processed and shipped quickly. The original order did not have all items but they made sure the reorder contained everything. Thank you REBEL for being great to work with!
