We are loving this Chico high chair. It takes up much less space than the one we had for our previous child, and it's easy to clean! Would highly recommend. It also came to us looking brand new. The only way you could tell the box was opened, was some extra packing tape!

We LOVE Rebel, and this purchase was no different. I found a wagon that was significantly nicer and larger than the one we had been looking at for only $50 more (open box) than the smaller one was new! Factor in the savings of nearly $200, and it was all around a great deal. As always, it was in great condition - looked like someone had bought it and opened everything up and then changed their mind and returned it unused.

The product was listed as having only an open box, but after assembling it, I noticed several issues. Some parts were extremely stiff and difficult to move, and it was also missing some clips. The description did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the product. I was disappointed with this purchase.

Ordered a baby bathtub and it arrived in a thin plastic bag that was all teared up and tub was heavily scratched. Terrible experience.

Only had one issue with how the post office handled one shipment and Rebel addressed it completely. The other two items were “open” box but arrived in excellent condition. Would recommend.

I ordered imperfect items I understand but nowhere in the description did it tell me that the items may come with filthy food stains. If only the description told me it could be a possibility I would have avoided the situation. But unfortunately Rebel simply told me it could have cosmetic damage and could very possibly be missing parts but nowhere did it tell me it would be thoroughly used. Now on the positive side. They offered to replace it and shipped me another unit

Product came with missing hardware and support said they could not help so now I am unable to use a stroller I spent hundreds of dollars on. Will not be purchasing from this website again.

My items still haven’t shipped 17 days later and customer service hasn’t responded to my inquiry regarding my purchase.

The travel system we purchased was amazing. The stroller is easy to fold one handed and the car seat was also easy to use. The quality was perfect - like brand new. Rebel also shipped it immediately and we had the system within almost 3 days of purchase.
