I have not received the toaster i ordered from Rebel. So, If i could give negative 10 stars i would. I have sent emails contacred usps - still not received - just replies saying everyone is looking for it.

I am a grandmother and didn't want to spend 100's on a stroller for my house, The stroller arrived within in the shipping window and was in perfect condition. I thought it was a great price for great quality.

I’ve had a really great experience with Rebel. I purchased a stroller as well as some kitchen appliances, and I’ve been very happy with the quality of everything. The stroller is beautiful, sturdy, and practical, and the kitchen appliances have been working great so far. Everything feels well made and worth the money. I’m definitely happy with my purchases and would recommend Rebel to anyone looking for good-quality products at a reasonable price!

I would/will never order from this company again. I have sent about 6 emails in two days and nobody will fix the issues or respond to me other than "we received your request". I bought the Graco Modes Trio Travel system and the box was delivered open with holes all in it, it's missing the bassinet/ toddler seat, none of the hardware to set it up came included. I paud for express shipping and it took forever, I cannot use the stroller, and my baby will be here in less than a week. They have no contact number for support, their chat bot is absolutely useless, and overall I'm disgusted with my experience. I am a single expecting mother without any help which is why I used this site. My funds are now dry from buying everything alone and this company won't even respond to me when I have less than a week from being induced.

The stroller was obviously brand new but had a small ding in the frame that didn’t affect anything. Amazing deal! I love it! Wish I had known about this company a long time ago.

They have been difficult to work with. We did receive a partial order,and I contacted them for help with minimal customer service or support on the other portion of the order. It really isn't worth the discount.

Purchase a crib and a recliner for my future grandsons nursery. Both items were listed as open box. Both items arrived with all parts and in pristine condition. First large baby purchase with Rebel but I will definitely be back!

Wrong item was sent to me and got it exchanged then shipping lost that item so Rebel sent me a new one, shipping was not Rebel’s fault! Great customer service

It took forever to ship so I just went to target and got it for the same price same day. Keep in mind I have to pay extra for the ability to return the product and wait for it to arrive in order to process the return.

five stars! I was not sure what to expect ordering from this company, but my experience was great. Ordered for items two came initially. I received a follow up email about my experience and explained that I had not received all four items. Got a prompt response and the remaining items were delivered quickly. Great customer service!
