Worth it overall. Got what I asked for at a great price. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the golf balls I ordered (I was missing 1/4 of the balls), however the customer service made up for it. Definitely made it worth returning as a customer.

I ordered three items. Really only wanted one, the other two were just cart fillers to get free shipping. The one I wanted arrived broken and unusable, it was just landfill waste. One didn't even arrive. The third was fine, but it was just a cart filler, it wasn't something I even wanted. So in the end, you spent money to ship me broken stuff, and then you had to refund that money, so you lost. I wasted my time ordering broken stuff and requesting a refund, so I lost. There's nobody happy here. I wasted time, you wasted money, this doesn't seem like a good business model. You've gotta do a better job inspecting your products first, or you'll just end up with frustrated customers who don't trust you. I understand these are open-box returns. But this was a pressure cooker with a missing handle, and large cracks on the lid that prevented it sealing. It's not like you'd have to spend a full minute inspecting it to realize it wasn't saleable merchandise.
