All items were good… one item did not describe that the lid was broken. A few dents here and there. One bag missing a strap.

Had an issue with a damaged used car seat that was not inspected as the box was sealed with a Walmart return receipt attached. I was refunded. Other than that issue, products are great and prices are fair.

I was very happy to find this carseat at such a steal! Rebel is great at having what I need at prices I can afford.

First off, this company’s customer service has been wonderful and they’ve remedied any mistakes quickly and generously. BUT, I have had issues with two orders now. One product arrived with missing parts (they quickly sent a replacement). Once I received the wrong product (they quickly shipped a replacement). And the new shipment arrived with some broken items. If you have the patience for dealing with this, you can still score some pretty good deals, but I have to admit my patience is wearing thin with how problematic my experiences have been. :(

Excellent experience. All my experiences have been pleasant. The last item I purchased was an infant car seat and when it came it was all good except I didn’t realize that the color didn’t match my stroller (which was my mistake really not noticing it). I reached out to customer service and they were quick and willing to exchange for a different one. The fist one they paid for return shipping and send me the second one. Very pleased with the second one that matches the stroller that I have. All items that I have ever purchased were open box but definitely unused.

The site is okay to use and order from, but I was extremely disappointed when we received a broken car set from Rebel as they state they make sure everything is in working order before they send it.
