It is perfectly designed for dads—rugged, highly organized, and completely functional without looking like a traditional diaper bag. The compartments make it easy to find everything quickly. The durable construction make it feel like it is built to last. 2nd was their outstanding customer service. When the package arrived, I completely failed to realize that the bag was shipped inside a protective dust bag. Because of that, I thought they had sent me the wrong color and reached out to customer support. They responded quickly and patiently pointed out my mistake without making me feel foolish.
