Very happy with the price and our open box car seat was perfect!

I originally received the wrong item and reached out to customer service about the issue. They responded within a matter of hours and very quickly sent the correct item, which arrived in good condition. Definitely satisfied with both the product and the quick customer support that I received.

When we received the high chair 4 screws were missing that attach the foot rest and the description stated there was a chair pad and when it arrived there was no chair pad in the box.

Terrible. You did not send me the correct car seat. Totally different one in a different color. The one I ordered is supposed to rotate to me. This one does not. And I couldn’t find a phone number to call for your company.

An excellent place to get good deals especially on baby essentials. The downside is that you need to pay extra to be eligible for free returns (for any reason).

I ordered the baby bouncer and received a much cheaper baby bath seat! Completely different, not comparable at all. We need the bouncer I ordered!

It was my first time using REBEL. The product arrived in perfect condition, box was also in great condition. Very satisfied with my purchase and savings.

The carseat arrived in a box that had no padding, stuffing, bubble wrap, or anything. The box also arrived extremely beat up. This leads me to believe that the car seat took some hits making it no longer safe to use.

I was skeptical at first. Then sent the wrong item but customer service handled it very quickly. I was very impressed.

I purchased an open box, never used item and it was clearly not inspected. The cloth seat is absolutely FILTHY and has clearly been used. I’m disgusted as this was purchased for an infant

Digital toaster/air fryer does not work. Can barely get the Up/Down Menu buttons to operate. Other prompts do not operate at all. I was ill, & just missed the code you sent earlier. Pls. issue another with instructions to return for a refund.

The only Downside is that the canopy wasn’t included. It was somewhat easy to put together and is great for what was needed. I just wish all the parts where included.

Car seat purchase was o. k. , fast delivery. Returned to the site for a pack n play but the shipping and extra fee for handling I believe, was a turn off. Ebay had it with no extra fees. Not convinced that this is the best place to purchase items, need to shop around.

I paid for fast shipping and it took longer than expected when I received the package although it was new the sides that you push up to adjust the handle is very hard to push up and I broke my nails which were naturally long. I believe it was definitely defective so I’m not really satisfied. Couldn’t return because the baby had to come home.
