Came exactly as described. Everything was brand new and unused.

This car seat is the Cadillac of car seats. The cushions are perfect for ensuring comfortable, safe car rides with baby. The stroller took a few steps to assemble, but will be amazingly easy to go from car seats to stroller seat. It has already proved to be well worth the money. While I ordered the open box option, I don't think anyone opened it any farther than the top and closed it back up again. It did have a small delay when FedEx did not have the package picked up by the time it was supposed to be delivered, however after contacting Rebel customer service, they were very responsive and ensured that our package got going quickly.

Both car seats arrived quickly. They were exactly what I needed. I purchased the return option too. However, even with the return option, I still saved $150 - $170. It was worth it!

Excellent deals on most items. I always cross reference other “open box” or similarly labeled products to confirm. I’ve used the site for both myself and family. We were able to send several really nice/useful things to my SIL after her baby was born. Their return policy is strict, in order to prevent frivolous purchases/returns but if there is a questionable item that may need to be tested out first, it’s possible to add a wider/more lenient return option for a reasonable fee during check out. I’ve only had 1 return request that was handled very well.

Everything arrived perfect. The chair was as good as new.

Just purchased the Stokke Yoyo travel stroller and was hesitant at first because it was my first time ordering from Rebel. It was open box, but the stroller came in new condition. Glad I was able to help reduce waste and save money as well! The only negative was shipping did take awhile but other that, will definitely buy from Rebel again!
