Great product

Ghosted by costumer service

All came in good shape; only issue was the delay in shipping, as well as coming in two different deliveries.

Really fast shipping (5-7 days) and got here in perfect condition.

Efficacy with service and delivery.

FreshwaterSystems has an excellent array of supplies our business needs to keep moving, and their customer service is excellent and has quickly responds to all of my questions and needs.

I ordered and paid, never was told item was on back order. So I cancelled my order with your person was told I would get a refund then received the part in the mail called back in and was told to bad. I will receive a return label to mail it back. And will probably be charged a restocking fee. And have to wait longer for my refund

The ordering dept was helpful

Phone called to insure correct replacement items. Answering staff were helpful to research my purifier.

Resolved a shopping with expediency

I received the o-rings for the filtration system. just the size I need for replacement. Shipping was fast.

Product was received in good condition, exact item as ordered. Very quick delivery !!!

Messed up my delivery and messed up my order with the wrong items

I ordered 15 bags and only received 6 due to shipping breakage. I contacted the company and they were nice, but 2 weeks later still haven't received my 9 replacement bags. This has held up a project that yam working on. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card for the 9 bags that I have not received. I am sure the company is fighting with the third party shipping in who is going to pay for the error. It sure isn't going to be me.

Service is great and shipped in a timely matter. I will be ordering my items from you.

Everything is good only the shipping take longer for delivery

Paid for expedited shipping. Did not receive the item on time nor a refund

great
