Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Fresh Water Systems, particularly when it comes to their customer service. They’ve always been responsive, professional, and upfront regarding the status of our water softener salt pellet deliveries. My only area for improvement is the delivery schedule. We’re supposed to receive replacement bags approximately every six months, but lately that has stretched closer to seven or eight months. On occasion, I’ve had to stop by Home Depot to pick up an extra bag just to hold us over until the next delivery. That said, I really appreciated our most recent delivery. For the first time, they actually filled the salt tank for us during the drop-off and left a couple more bags than usual, which was greatly appreciated and should hopefully help bridge the gap until the next delivery. The reason for my rating really comes down to consistency. Their customer service is great, they’re responsive, and they’ve always been upfront about the status of our deliveries. If they could consistently deliver closer to the six-month schedule, this would easily be a great rating. Overall, I appreciate the service and especially the extra effort made during this most recent delivery.

Late delivery

The unit came on time and with notifications.

Most of what I'm looking for is usually here and available. The only thing I've had issue with is the time it takes to get the items sometimes. It would definitely be better if we could get most if not all the items within 3-5 business days. However, I realize it's difficult with certain items. That's the only suggestion for improvement that I have
