I Had this system on another kitchen tap. I priced other systems. I was able to save over $100.00 by buying just the head unit and replacement filters. I re used the previous pressure tank. Excellent price and fast shipping. Will buy from Fresh water systems again.

I’ve been buying from Freshwater Systems for years and I don’t know what happened but shipping sucks now. Still great products but expect a 2+ week delay between when the order is placed and when it ships. It’s a shame, they used to be such a great company.

Questionable accounting? Bad quality control? Hopefully just one bad day for an employee who didn't care if things are correctly

I did call to speak with a technician so that I would end up buying just what I needed. Pleased with the result.
