This item replaces one that broke we that got from a different company. It looks great and works as expected. My only note is that this was clearly a return from someone - the box had old labels and had been taped up a few times. BUT - the item was boxed up and had everything as though it hadn't been touched. I was pretty worried when I first saw the box, though. I'm glad that it was in new condition and I'm very happy with the product.
