Don't call in the evening for help with orders . . first thing in the morning a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady answered all my questions. The product itself had a couple of requirements that made me go to the store a few times but experience with fresh water was good.

Fast shipping and the products I needed were in-stock. Too many times online vendors sell products but don't have them in-stock so it takes longer to get the parts. Needed them quickly and got them quickly. Good Job!

The filters I received were not correct. I told the young man on the phone that I had a Kinetico water filtration system, and that the filters were probably proprietary. H e assured me that what I was buying was correct, and if not I could return them and get a full refund. Well, I sent the items back and paid for the shipping (about half the cost of the filters to send them back). So far, I haven't gotten my money back!
