Order filled accurately. Good information on site. Thanks

Lack of communication

Product was fine, but I'm disappointed in the shipping. I placed a 2-day shipping order on Thursday night, which should have shipped on Friday based on FWS's policies. But instead, only the label was generated on Friday, and it wasn't actually scanned in until the next Tuesday (though Monday was a holiday). This caused it to get a scheduled delivery for when I was out of town, so I had to place a vacation hold until I returned, meaning paying extra for 2 day shipping was a waste.

It took longer than expected. But I finally got the item.

2nd day air took a week to arrive

Great price, quick processing and shipping. Perfect product for what I do.

worked great

They had what I needed at a reasonable price and it arrived very promptly. I will do business with them again.

Easy to figure out what I needed and prompt shipping.

Terrific, easy to use website,to order, price was very good. And quick delivery.

Thanks

They work well

exactly what I needed

Very good

QUALITY PUSH TO CONNECT FITTINGS AT A GREAT PRICE. SHIPPING WAS VERY QUICK AND THEY WERE PACKAGED NICELY, SO NO DAMAGE.

Waiting to install all equipment but technical support has been wonderful.

I chose the Scala 1 3-45 pump after reading the description of its capabilities. I missed somehow that it is not able to be programed to work with an external pressure tank . So I am out $800 and very unhappy . It is working presently with the factory setting (on-off) but has a pressure fluctuation which did not happen with the previous pump paired to the external tank. Wish I had stuck with the other product.

Great product for my home. Great team at pick up location

I've been buying products from this store for many years, but my recent experience trying to get technical help has been bad. In most cases I got stuck in a voice menu with no way to reach a person. I left voicemail messages several times and no one ever called me back. I'm not sure this is a store I can continue to trust and buy from with customer service like this.
