Delivery was in two parts with a few days between. The guys kindly brought the heavy boxes inside instead of leaving them on the porch. Thanks.

Still waiting on parts of my order. Customer service feels non-existant. Product quality lower than expected based on reviews and paid sponsorships, but that's expected these days.

I had no way of knowing a headboard was considered a separate part, so when my order "BF6 Walnut Queen with headboard" stated delivery was complete, and only the headboard had arrived, and nothing else had been shipped at that point, I needed to contact customer service, which wouldn't have been necessary if more information about the process had been provided. Does Flexispot make the bed? I don't know. If they did, they made an imprecise lemon that literally cannot be assembled without additional carpentry skills and equipment. This has been a small nightmare.

I'm happy with the nightstands but the delay to receive the bed it's to big. . . 4 months waiting it's a nightmare.

Great sale price. Fast delivery. Solid product. Definitely recommend the Flexispot Pro Plus E7 frame. Can't comment on Flexispot desk tops as I provided my own top.

Fast shipping

I was disappointed to learn that the headboard cannot be purchased separately after the fact. It has to be bought together with the entire bed frame in one order, which wasn’t clear to me at the time of purchase. While the product itself is excellent, this policy was frustrating and detracts from an otherwise great experience

Shipping was fast, although there was some cosmetic damage to one of the desk parts, it is a piece that is not very visible once installed

Good customer service, albeit a bit hard to get hold of at times, specially over the online chat box. But I always got a response via email. The desktop was packaged really well, it shipped via ground transport cross country for me during Christmas-New Years and I was worried it may arrive damaged but it was not. I appreciated all the padding and support provided around the desktop to protect it during transport.

Communication was decent, better than what the reviews had warned about, I was always able to get a response from the customer service team even if it was delayed at times. The online chat box was quite unhelpful as it would take forever to connect with a member/get a reply. The shipping was fast, and the items were packaged well.

Not great

I ordered a white desktop with four legs. The legs arrived without any issues; however, the tabletop arrived damaged the first time. I reached out to ask whether I could receive a bamboo tabletop as a replacement free of charge. I also requested that the damaged tabletop be picked up. Both requests were rejected, and instead, they sent me another white tabletop. You won’t believe it, but the second replacement also arrived damaged. After quite a few interactions, the company eventually agreed to send the bamboo tabletop free of charge. However, the two white tabletops were not picked up, as the company does not offer returns. There were two major issues throughout this process: customer support agents kept changing, and I had to explain the situation multiple times; and now I am left with two large damaged desktops and have to pay out of pocket to dispose of them.
