Delivery was great! It would have saved me a phone call to Flexispot if I had received a tracking for both the table top and the sit-stand base. I received a cable tray, and found it confusing as it did not come with instructions, but Flexispot helped me figure it out. I would have preferred no cable tray, or perhaps a choice of which one I might add (I would have chosen a cloth one that catches the cords in the middle of the desk).

Nothing happened with the order, so I emailed after a couple weeks and they were very responsive. The desk came quickly after that.

Great product, sub par customer service. I’m assuming once the owners or managers got online on the weekends it was fine but there is one guy over there in customer service that has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. I run an online business myself. People like this cost you business

I got different answers from customer support, namely whether or not I would need a power drill to assemble the desk.

My desk was shipped quickly and well packed. My only qualm is that the tracking didn’t work so I didn’t really know when it would come, but the desk still arrived fast with no isses.
