Great desk overall, with a few minor quality-control issues. I’m very happy with the FlexiSpot E7 overall. Assembly was fairly straightforward, the pre-drilled holes were generally good, and the height-adjustment mechanism works smoothly. I really like the size, styling, and colour of the desk as well. FlexiSpot’s customer support was also excellent. They provided me with a discount code when I first reached out on Reddit, and they were very helpful when I had questions about my order, including keeping me updated on its status. My biggest complaint is a quality-control issue with the metal cable tray underneath the desk. One of the sections that is supposed to slide underneath a mounting bolt was bent, so it doesn’t sit or slide into place properly and requires some wedging to install. There were also a couple of small missing rubber mounting pieces and a few very minor specks/gouges in the desktop. None of these issues are major, but they do keep the desk from feeling completely pristine. Despite that, I’m very happy with the E7 and would definitely consider looking at FlexiSpot again for a desk riser or other accessories/features in the future.

Too short! The seat is not far enough from the floor. It's adjustable, but starts out too low, and doesn't go high enough. You need a higher chair, for taller people, and a height question on your order form. Making the armrests & headrest optional, would be great too. Because now I have to dispose of them and that will be a hassle.

When it came to customer service, I spoke with someone over the phone who was extremely understanding and kind. The only unfortunate part is that if you’re in Canada and need to return a large item, they don’t offer truck pickup, so you’re expected to move the chair yourself, which is basically impossible due to the weight. Thankfully, they understood my situation and offered a refund, allowing me to dispose of or sell the chair instead. The shipping was very fast, but I didn’t like that I wasn’t notified when it arrived. The package was just left outside, and, considering how heavy it is, I was worried that someone could have taken it without me knowing. Other than that, the overall experience was okay.
