Good afternoon, I ordered my standup desk in October and have yet to receive my desktop!  The frame and accessories were shipped immediately.   There was no indication at time of ordering that the top could not be shipped, I later heard that it was on backorder but given no firm timeframe other than mid December.   It is now mid December and I need to know when the top will be shipped/delivered.   There will be nobody at the school over Christmas break to receive delivery.   If this item cannot be delivered I will be forced to return the other pieces as my purchasing guidelines require all goods to be received.   Please update me ASAP. I was not advised at the time of my order that the desktop was on backorder, and the only information I gave gotten upon inquiry is that it will ship in early December. It is now December 9. I had hoped to have my desk set up by now.

Everything was great except the dirt within the packaging which left permanent damage on the front lip of the desk drawer. If I can get a replacement drawer, I would consider it a near perfect experience.

I got my table top very quickly. Took more time to get the frame but nothing out of the ordinary. The tabletop was packed really well.

I have no complaints here. Just a note that it is possible as it was for me that if you did order a table top with your frame, the table top ordered may not be in local stock, and as such, can be delayed by up to two weeks as I was informed when I called to ask where mine was. Otherwise, these guys package their products so well that I legit think a tornado could intercept your order, and you'd find it intact somewhere in a farm field perfectly fine.
