Customer service is slow. I had issues with the desk I purchased, laid it out very clearly in my email, but was provided solutions that work for every desk but the Retro Desk I had bought. It was becoming frustrating that customer service seemed to ignore much of the information I had provided. This could have just been a misunderstanding. 7 Emails back and forth (total of about 14 emails) on this topic. Emails started on the 12th of September, resolved ten days later on the 22nd with only a minimal refund. I love the product, but I hope that I won't have to ask for help if I purchase from FlexiSpot again in the future.
