Bought the E7 desk and C5 chair. Desk had no problems and is great but the chair came with damaged reclining unfortunately. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new chair free of charge very quickly!

The Canpar Express is not that reliable. There are numerous poor coordiantion between their truck drivers and dispatch facilities. . I'd suggest using another courier
