Shipping was super fast. Everything arrived in pristine condition. It is really heavy so you need a helper. Assembly instructions are clear. It was easy but takes time to put together. So far the quality is great and it does what I need it to do.

See item review. I have been waiting for desktop for several weeks. It was listed in stock at the time of my purchase. Customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond. They have not been able to exchange for a similar quality product. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend it to friends/family.
