I ordered this the Kana bed frame when it was on back-order in the beginning of April. It stated that it was expected to be back in stock mid-May. I received my order in the first week of May. I had seen a number of reviews about concerns regarding shipping delays, missing components, and poor customer service, but I didn’t have any of these issues. It took two of us just over 30 mins to assemble the bed frame with the headboard. No creaking or noise. The bed feels very stable and looks great. I would definitely recommend it! :)

Can’t buy the headboard seperately, and it being a 6 week extra wait is kinda infuriating. Unfortunate that your customer service team was unable to help.
