I had contacted flexi spot sales a few times to try and get the discount on buying three units or more, but I never got a message back. Also getting metric casters has been a bit of a problem and putting in SAE inserts is possible, but removing the old ones is a very industrial process. I also emailed to ask them about that and never got anything back. But when I ordered the products online, they showed up incredibly quickly in good form and we’re easy to set up and they sent the feedback link PDQ I think just answering a few of my questions or getting back to me about the discount for buying multiple units. Would’ve been nice.

Five Stars: Incredible Comfort and Premium Features Without the "Name Brand" Premium I initially set out to buy a Haworth Fern because I was completely finished with cheap office chairs that break down within a year. However, once I saw the price tag, I had a reality check: at the end of the day, it’s a piece of office furniture, not a component for a space shuttle. I just couldn't justify spending nearly $3,000 on a chair. That logic led me to do some deeper research, which is how I discovered Flexispot. After comparing several options, I ordered the C7 ergonomic office chair, and having used it daily for a while now, I am incredibly impressed. The chair is exceptionally comfortable and boasts fantastic build quality. The highly adjustable armrests allow for a perfect ergonomic setup, and the extendable footrest is a brilliant feature that tucks away completely out of sight when you don't need it. After thoroughly researching dozens of brands, I can confidently say that Flexispot offers a premium product at a remarkably reasonable price. In my opinion, you simply do not need to spend triple the money just to have a high-end brand name attached to your furniture. I honestly cannot see how a $3,000 chair could offer enough additional comfort to justify the massive price jump. If you want high-end comfort without the artificial markup, this is the chair to get.

It was pretty good, I just had to contact the support to see the delivery status, the link that was given to me after ordering was broken, but the support fixed the issue easily.

I ordered this the Kana bed frame when it was on back-order in the beginning of April. It stated that it was expected to be back in stock mid-May. I received my order in the first week of May. I had seen a number of reviews about concerns regarding shipping delays, missing components, and poor customer service, but I didn’t have any of these issues. It took two of us just over 30 mins to assemble the bed frame with the headboard. No creaking or noise. The bed feels very stable and looks great. I would definitely recommend it! :)
