The FedEx shipping service was great! They even brought it up to my apartment. I can't speak to much else because I haven't had to contact customer service for anything. I received my desk and had it all assembled within a week, so I'm happy!

Phone support was not helpful. To resolve manufacturing defects I am expected to make a video, upload video online and then send email with links to video. Why not just help customers on the phone? Poor support!

Excellent desk, got it next day.

Shipping was incredibly fast once it started but I waited for about 2 weeks for one of the shipments and I think it would be great to have a stock tracker or even a sold out or will be in stock (date) kind of thing so I have an expectation of when it would be shipped.
