No issues with the logistics
So far so good. I just sent a second query about the enamel wearing off and a suggestion about providing storage for the extra steam nozzle in the wood handle. Also that a third steam nozzle was loose in the box and they tell me it belongs on the machine end of the steam wand. There is NO MENTION or photo of that nozzle in the instructions and the steamer appears to work just fine without it. So I’m looking forward to the response.
Product arrived as described.
consistently great shot and easy to use.
Excelente, la versatilidad de personalización es increíble, no hay comparación con las máquinas automáticas
good
Making better shots from day one.
Service, communication with quick responses and shipping info is great.
Love all this! Super affordable with café quality espresso shots.
I was disappointed with the low quality of this machine. To start, the base is not heavy enough and the machine lifts when you are trying to pour water in for making espresso. The materials feel cheap and even the extra shot basket I purchased didn’t have the holes aligned in the middle. When pulling the lever down to make espresso, the lever hook frequently gets stuck and is not staying in place. I have worked with many other espresso machines. For the price, I would have expected greater quality especially with an easy remedy of weight that would have helped with making the machine more steady.
Fantastic as always
The product works as intended and makes my morning coffee easier and a bit faster. My 2 main issues are the funnel and the on button. I don't understand why someone thought it was a good idea to put the on button on the back side but it makes no sense to me. You have to awkwardly reach behind it to turn it on while every other grinder on the market has a better location for the on button. The funnel is also frustrating. The silicone piece that is supposed to guide the beans into the grinder fits horribly. I have to jiggle the thing every time to get the beans to funnel properly and I lose beans almost every day that slip underneath the silicone piece. I am going to glue it to the plastic walls and use silicon sealant to make the edges less ridgid.
Much better espresso than I was capable of on the neo flex. The possibilities are vast with this unit. Used it daily for the almost 2 months I’ve had it and have experimented a lot. Very pleased.
Awesome device. A great intro to manual espresso.
Shipping was fast and great
Purchasing and delivery was very easy and timely, I will be buying more from Flair
I had Flair Pro 2 for 6 years, until it started literally falling apart. Instead of fixing it (which is actually easy to do with Flair), I decided on an upgrade since I've been looking at the Flair 58 lineup for a while anyway. This is a great upgrade. There was some learning curve (especially with high flow basket, you need to grind much finer than for pro and puck prep is more critical). But after going through a bag of cheaper coffee, I got it dialed down and since then, Flair 58 Plus 2 has been consistently producing great shots. The workflow is very streamlined for manual machine, and the coffee tastes subjectively a bit better than from Pro. The bottomless portafilter also works much better and no more preheating with hot water. The only thing that surprised me was how big it is. I ordered the travel case with it, but honestly, I am not likely to travel with this thing. I suppose that's an inevitable consequence of 58mm portafilter size and the preheating, and the heft is welcome, making the machine nice and stable. Overall, it's a great machine. Go get yours!
Shipped quick. Tons of fun
Had to pay a ton of shipping and didn’t even use your product. Wound up going a different direction
Great!
