Good customer service

When dialed in, this steamer works amazing, and I like the aesthetic. But the main pressure dial gets pushed out and unthreads, often causing the steam to suddenly increase violently and spew the milk everywhere. The arm is also too loose, and difficult to manage. Moreover, the arm assembly gets loose (unscrews) due to the pressure buildup. It's a shame. A few tweaks and this would be a world class machine. But the pressure knob especially is an unforgivable flaw.

I bought this machine mainly because it is easy to put away when not in use, but I've noticed three problems; none of which negatively impact the finished coffee in any way. 1. The finish gets ground off almost immediately at any point where there is metal on metal contact. 2. The locking mechanism has a bit too much play. The adjustment helps but not enough as the front legs also have a fair amount of play as well and the hinges are inconsistent in terms of resistance when deployed or retracted. 3. The distribution screen works fine but often ends up with grinds on top no matter what I've done to avoid it. I am aware that the original screen is offered as a replacement option. As for the coffee that comes out of it, it does require a little bit of practice to get a consistent pressure out of the press, but results in a delicious cup every time.

Meh… feels cheap and like it’s gonna break. Case does not fit everything properly, but it works once you can figure out grind, amount, tamp.

Wonderful manual espresso maker that is fully metal. Exactly what I wanted when looking for a "ritual" experience where I'm doing it to enjoy the smell of the grind & the taste of the espresso. This would be frustrating for someone trying to switch from drinking coffee pot coffee & then having to go through this process & trying to get everything right for a great espresso.

Shipped really fast and solid machine

Received my refurbished Classic and found that it did not have the current brewhead with the pressure gauge, as they inadvertently sent an older version. Customer support quickly got the correct parts sent out, and I am up and running, brewing surprisingly tasty espresso surprisingly quickly. Looking forward to learning more and getting the flavor even better!

Flair 2 Go makes great expresso. Once I got the grind size dialed in, it consistently brews terrific espresso. Well worth it.
