Well, to be honest I’m not a big fan of pushing buttons and getting my instant gratification. Creating your own, from grinding to physically pressing the lever you are involved in the process. It becomes first nature and an excellent ritual to start the day, any time of day for that matter,or night. I recommend the Flair espresso makers to the newbie and connoisseur. Mahalo Flair!

Stainless Steel Brew System is great, but should be standard, not an upgrade. The plastic system that comes with the Flair Classic breaks easily. Flair knows about the situation because it appears reported in Reddit and other platforms, so they need to do something and not expect you to upgrade in order to have a normal experience.

Fast shipping and whenever I’ve needed it, excellent customer service!!

A few weeks in and starting to get a hang of this. Already making espresso that tastes about 90% similar to a favorite local shop. Approachable for a beginner, but its obvious that the machine will allow for a lot of room to grow. One Tip for other novices: don't immediately blow out the pressure gauge like I did by forcing the lever too hard--- something is probably wrong with your grind or preparation.
