Fast shipping
Despite a problem during shipping, you did great
Shipping could have been a bit faster. Order was marked as “shipped” but the tracking said that the shipper was still waiting on the package to be dropped off for several more days after that.
Took a while to ship. Wasn’t notified that the part was OOS
Back to great brewing
Definitely an upgraded espresso experience. Better flow rates, more complex flavors!
Amazing product
Excellent
Simply the best customer service
This quality equipment is going to last.
Thank you for an amazing grinder!
My experience with Flair Espresso was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, communication was clear, and my order arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The products are premium quality and exactly as described. It’s great to see a company that pays attention to both product quality and customer satisfaction. I would definitely purchase from Flair Espresso again and highly recommend them to anyone passionate about manual espresso.
Product was what I expected and arrived on time.
This thing is great. Once you get your grind dialed in, pulling excellent shots is easy. The build quality is great although when pulling your shot there is a small amount of instability but not so much that it causes an issue. From manual grind to finish I can pull a great shot of espresso in less than four minutes.
Great
so glad you provide an option for plastic free coffee!
Also owning an ECM Mechanika with 2. 2L boiler I was skeptical about the performance of this unit. It is well built but there are a few things to be aware of. First on an induction stove event he smallest burner may not like the 4" base of this unit. Our Samsung will work most of the time but what is annoying is when I turn the heat up past half way it shuts off as it doesn't recognize the steamer anymore. The other main issue is that because the volume of the steamer is much smaller than a commercial machine you have to build a lot more pressure to get the duration you will need to steam even 4oz of milk. Where the commercial machine will hold 1 bar or less for very long periods the wizard will need to be closer to 2. 5 bars. This is explosive! You crack the stiff knob open and milk flies everywhere or it makes too many bubbles. It is possible to get a decent stretch if you use a lot more milk and a larger pitcher. You really need the height of milk correct so the air doesn't blow it up and out of the container when cracking open the valve. I have tried putting a small amount of water in and keeping the heat on medium high while steaming but it's a real balancing act. Just be aware you are not able to steam at a nice 1 bar pressure for more than a few seconds.
Super
