I managed to make excellent espresso with the Flair Classic. It was especially easy to learn, thanks to the flow-control portafilter. Preparing the coffee puck, managing the extraction process, controlling the flow, and the resulting coffee—everything is fantastic, enjoyable, and simple. I’m so happy I bought it! I’ve truly come to love it ☺️

Very happy with the purchase—shipping was fast and smooth. I’ve used the Flair 2Go 7 times now, and the taste of the coffee is incredible, easily matching or exceeding most cafe quality. Even though my grinder is quite basic and far from ideal, the results are already amazing. I'm still experimenting with different beans and grind settings. The only small downside is attaching the preheated water chamber, which is slightly inconvenient at first, but you get used to it quickly. Overall, excellent device!

I've been using the Flair 58 Plus 2 for a bit now and have mixed feelings on it. The manual operation is exactly why I bought it, and it doesn't disappoint. Controlling the shot from start to finish is genuinely satisfying, and you just don't get that with automated machines. That said, the accessories and build quality need some work. The portafilter feels cheap, and honestly none of the included baskets did much for me. I ended up swapping in a basket similar to your High Uniformity basket and it's been great, but it would've been nice if something like that just came in the box. The machine itself also feels a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. There's some play where the base connects to the rest of the machine. It's not loose enough to actually be a problem, and the machine is sturdy overall, but the fit and finish isn't quite there. Bottom line: love the manual espresso experience, wish the accessories and build matched it.

I've had the Flair Signature for six years. It's a great machine, and I wasn't sure whether or not to upgrade. But the 58 Plus 2 is amazing, it's something else. For the first time, I can try a bloom espresso, or a turbo shot, and they absolutely taste differently. It's a joy to clean, and to prep a new shot for friends. The warming feature is a bit slower than I expected, but it makes the coffee much warmer than what I could achieve with the Signature. Well worth the upgrade!

Poor fit and finish on most items in order, at least 2/3rds of my order has blemishes or fitment issues. This order felt forced because it was the only way to get a non plastic plunger for a failed classic, my plastic plunger failed completely at 1 month. Products and shipping don't match the price paid. Customer service was responsive while ordering, haven't tried to reach them about build quality of this order, not very hopeful based on my failed plunger experience with customer service.

Maintenance made easy. Our Flair news the o rings changed about once a year.

Bought a second port just to be able to have better workflow for back to back shots. Works great!
