Love it. Not too hot.

Great quality products that are made locally! Highly recommend!

I have been recommending Fawcett Mattress to friends!

Love it

Best decision I ever made in bed!

Good service and product.

In my experience, Fawcett Staff in Nanaimo are readily helpful and knowledgeable about their products while service in a professional yet personable way.

Pillow covers are solid. The mattress cover doesn’t fit a king the best but it’s fine

Great personal in store service

Not much to comment on as I came in last minute just before closing

I ordered a mattress pad and a pillow cover. When they arrived, I was disappointed to see they were made in China, which wasn’t what I expected. Both products also had an unpleasant odor. I contacted customer service for help, but received no response. I followed up twice more over the next two weeks, and now it’s been over a month with still no reply. Very disappointing products and even more disappointing customer service.

Quick to respond to all questions and pick up was easy at the Nanaimo location

Easy to order and fast delivery!!

Our previous mattress was causing all sorts of joint pain and body aches but we've had our new Fawcett mattress for about a month and I'm already feeling a huge improvement. Super comfortable, and very happy so far. I believe "life changing" is completely appropriate for the quality of life that happens when you have a great mattress.

Since we received two twin mattresses my husband gave the review a moment ago. I can say that I love it for it's natural quality, the cotton cover and layer of wool. It's not quite 7 " but certainly thick enough for me. Mine is firm and it suits me perfectly.

Our experience was good from start to finish. We are enjoying the new bed.

Great service

Excellent service. Fast delivery. Beautiful packaging.

The Cumberland in a firm/firm is the best mattress I have owned for my aching back!
