Perfection

Didn't like the box in a box but otherwise shipping is good

The store manager let me spend a lot of time choosing the mattress and I found the perfect one for me

Great bed. Great sleep.

Excellent products and service. I love everything that I have purchased

Delivered, as promised!

I've had the Goldstream 11 inch Hybrid for about 6 weeks. I bought the medium firmness. As other reviews have pointed out, it is rather firm, even for a medium. I bought it for my 6-year-old, so I have only slept in it myself on about 2-3 occasions. I am a stomach and side sleeper. I find this mattress to be perfect for stomach sleeping, and slightly less better for a side sleeper, especially if you have hips. A pillow top might be remedy for this. My kid seems to find it comfortable enough, and has not complained about it at all. I am not so sure about the breathability part of it, but I haven't sensed a big difference from my more conventional mattress. Overall, I feel like it was a good purchase and good firmness for a kid to start out with.

It was a pressure free experience! Everyone at the Nanaimo location was very lovely, knowledgeable and patient. they encouraged us to hang around as long as we needed on each mattress in order to make the right choice. Really appreciate the staff and time we received.

The bedding is very crisp and comfortable, we have been loving it so far!

excellent offerings

We used to love our firm mattress but were waking up with sore hips and shoulders (age & injuries - life happens!). The mattress is relatively new so we didn’t want to buy a new one and decided on a topper. The 3” Medium firm Natural Latex Mattress Topper is our perfect solution. Just the perfect softening touch which means a more comfortable sleep and waking up refreshed. More bonus points - It arrived well within the timeframe promised. No weird smell when unwrapped. An easily washable cover.

Addicted to the Organic Cotton sheets!

Easy and good service. Love that they try to do as much as they can locally.

Good mattress. Good service. Helpful staff

Fast shipping and super comfortable duvet . Wool is life changing

Went into the store to look for a new pillow, and while the sales person was fine, she certainly didn't provide a ton of help choosing the best one. I chose one that seemed fine at the time, but after a month or so, it's just not the right one and now I'm stuck with it. The pillow is fine, but it would have been nice to get a bit more feedback from the sales person so I knew exactly what I was getting.

Excellent customer service. Local, organic wool products. Excellent quality.

We were searching for a new bed and read about fawcett online - being from South Island, we loved that it was a local company and that we could go to their show room to try out the different options. We found pricing very similar to the big box stores, but the Fawcett mattress came with much better warranty and none of the awful smells or off-gassing we had read about with other brands. Customer service from our first trial visit, through delivery and even into adding a topper for additional comfort - was exceptional, they are all very knowledgeable and offer solutions to the sleep issues we were having. We purchased an extra firm king and added a 2” medium topper as we felt we got the support we wanted from the extra firm, and the cushion on the pressure points with the topper. We are so happy with our purchase and will be slowing switching over all the beds in our home to Fawcett !

Excellent service and products. Everything they sell is exactly what you get. Quality and great service and shipping is in heavy duty cardboard!

Shipping was super fast which I greatly appreciated! The natural bamboo waterproof mattress cover is thin which I prefer and yet it provides protection for my oh so comfortable Fawcett mattress, a win-win for certain!
