Informative staff!

Had a great experience with the service at Fawcett Mattress. I was a little nervous at one point as I had paid for a white glove delivery in Vancouver even though the Fawcett is located in Nanaimo and Victoria. But when the delivery people said they wouldn't take the old bed away. Fawcett got on the phone with them and organized for another company to come remove the old bed. In the meantime the driver that left called his boss got it okayed and came back to pick up the old bed. It all worked out nicely in the end

High quality. I chose a medium firmness without visiting the store as I'm on the mainland. It was a risk, but I was convinced this would be the best mattress based on reviews. I ended up needing to add a soft topper (I'm a 130 lb. side sleeper), which is great.

Always wanted an organic mattress. Love having a mattress with topper so I can hopefully just replace the topper down the road. I got a medium mattress and added this soft topper, and it's wonderful.

We are loving our mattress! Very comfortable, temperature regulation is great, and it seems very high quality with the coils and support. Worth the money compared to the simple foam blocks many companies sell.

Love my new mattress and topper . Best I’ve ever slept on !

I love everything about this mattress, and I’m picky. Unlike memory foam it doesn’t sleep hot, doesn’t give the sinking slow to respond feeling, and doesn’t trap dust mites. Fully flippable and I know it will last a long time. Glad I trusted the incredible review ratings after finding this company on a Google search. I went with the hybrid Cumberland instead of full latex because I purchased it without ever trying a Talalay latex mattress and was used to a coil spring mattress, and as a hot sleeper I wanted the max airflow the coil base provides.

Ordering was seamless. Shipping was much faster than expected as well. Everything is 5 star 🌟

Excellent service communication. The only odd thing the shipping box was in an awfulstate hardly holding together. Wheels half off but the mattress was very safe and well wrapped!
