They are warm, a nice weight and quality, and I love knowing that we don't have to worry about nasty chemicals when we're sleeping. . . especially important for a place where you generally spend 1/3 of your life!

Fantastic customer service!! So refreshing to be able to speak to people who answer the phone and know their product. I was concerned about receiving the duvet we ordered as we are remote and delivery is a challenge for most. I was listened to and called back promptly to be advised who would be delivering and when, my purchase arrived as advised, on time. So pleased with the exceptional quality of the Australian Wool Duvet we ordered 2 more!! Thank you so much everyone I’ve spoken to at Fawcett, you’ve been amazing!

Delayed shipping was a bit of an issue . But product and delivery packaging was excellent .

Great mattress topper, organic materials so it’s very nice that there are no weird off gassing. We are heavier so opted for 3 inch, it’s very luxurious and cushy. If you prefer less cushy, go for 2inch.

Great pillow. Have had a good night's sleep every night since purchase.

The staffs are really knowledgeable and helpful. I just wish they stick to the online order delivery date.
