I visited the Fawcett store in Nanaimo, BC Canada and dealt with a lovely gentleman who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He let me try all the mattresses and was very approachable without being pushy. I chose a firm Goldstream model and, because I live in Powell River, a ferry ride away, was worried about how much shipping would cost. He assured me that the mattress would be delivered to my door for no extra charge. I was skeptical but ordered it anyway. I am THRILLED with my mattresses and mattress cover, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of the product. I told a 70+ year old friend about it and she hopped on the next ferry, drove to Nanaimo and bought one for herself. Wonderful experience, except for almost killing myself trying to get it up the stairs of my apartment. I warned her to have a couple (or more) muscled men to set it up for her. I've been sleeping on my mattress for a few months now and love it more every day. Thank you for a wonderful product!

We've had our mattress for almost a year. At first, we had a firm base and medium topper, which was a bit too soft for us. After visiting the storefront, we switched to an extra-firm base and medium topper. It is heaven! The company was helpful and had great communication throughout the entire process. We've never slept better!

Feel good when I went to sleep. I am little worried about after wash. How long does it take to hang dry. We don’t have big bedroom anymore.

I purchased a Fawcett Mattress Topper in February of 2026. I had inherited a new-to-me mattress from my sister's guest room that was 5 years old but very seldom used and in excellent shape. The only problem was that I found it very hard to sleep on and it bothered my shoulders and hips. My niece suggested I look into a Fawcett Mattress Topper as they had purchased from Fawcett recently and were very pleased with it. So I checked out the Fawcett Mattress store and spoke to their staff who were pleasant and appeared very knowledgeable. They even let me go home and think about it. I really appreciated that they were not pushy at all or asking me to make a decision right away! I have had the 2 inch mattress topper now for over a month and love it. The mattress is still very supportive but with the mattress topper it no longer feels hard or stiff. In addition I purchased a pillow and am very pleased with that also. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and a great purchase and I no longer wake up stiff in the morning! (I know that sounds like an advertisement - but it's true!) I would certainly recommend the Fawcett store in Victoria, their staff and products to anyone.

The sales team was very knowledgeable and we never felt pushed. Invoices are laid out well, the website is easy to navigate and the updates on delivery were timely. However, best of all, we love the product!
