I bought this pillow as a gift for a side sleeper who was struggling with a sore neck. He loves this pillow, his neck pain has improved, and he is thrilled with the clean quality. Fast shipping, excellent customer too!

Fawcett Customer service was good, did it all online and the mattress was shipped when they said it would be. Unfortunately the shipping company used was Fedex which was next to impossible to contact after we waited for the 4 hour window and had to go out (2 hours after that). Gave up trying to contact and no way to do online signature like FedEx site says. Left a note for neighbour to sign, they left it at neighbour’s house which meant I had to haul a 37lb mattress down many stairs, across the street and up my own stairs. I’m 74 and injured my back doing this. Use anyone but FedEx!
