I purchased a wool pillow and am very happy with the quality of it. It is on the firm side, which suits me fine; stuffing can be taken out to change the loft. Shipping was straight forward, no problems. I would recommend this pillow, and am looking forward to purchase more of them.

Glad for a site that sells organic cotton products, that's important. However their warranty is super misleading!!! After a couple months of using a duvet cover it got a tear. They denied the warranty claim saying although it's a 1 year warranty they don't actually honour it because after you use it there's no proof that it is due to manufacturing. They did give me a partial credit though, so I'm giving partial stars
