Service was excellent. Highly recommended

Great so far! Very happy with the products

I chose a Fawcett mattress because the mattresses are made here in Victoria and the components used in the manufacturing are natural - organic cotton, wool and latex rubber. I find my bed to be very comfortable. I also purchased a wool mattress protector. I found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable and the delivery men friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I would recommend this mattress protector! We have have been happy with it.

Exceptional! No more night sweats!

Fast shipping. Love that this is a Canadian company offering a plastic free alternative for pillows and other bedding. It is very hard to find organic and non toxic alternatives that are Canadian, so thank you for what you’re doing.

I’m a side and stomach sleeper and have had persistent neck discomfort for several months. Within 2 nights of sleeping on this pillow it was completely alleviated

Lovely mattress so far. Great delivery a well.

Customer service is always kind and quick to offer help. Every piece from fawcett is wonderful and has greatly improved our quality of sleep.

Belle qualité!je le recommande!

Great company to buy from. The items are an investment but worth it, I’d say.

Shipping was fast and items (pillow and protector) were in perfect condition!

The purchase went smoothly. I appreciated how there was a video with instructions. Super easy to put on the bed frame.

Service, sales and shipping are top notch

Very comfortable, with nice density and temperature control.

Wonderful customer service

I bought this as a replacement for my waterproof synthetic mattress protector when realized that it was probably contributing to my sweaty, overheated sleep. The wool protector has definitely helped regulate my sleep temperature and I am sweating less through the night! Be warned there is a bit of a ‘barnyard’ smell when wet after washing, but it goes away when dry. I think it’s just the natural scent of wool when wet, more proof that it’s a natural product!

Superior quality!

Customer service was helpful and made the whole experience stress free.

Excellent customer service. Super nice construction and finish
