I paid for express shipping and it was missed. but once I got a hold of them, it was quickly resolved and they were very easy to deal with. If I hadn't have noticed though, it would have come slower and I'd have been without a pillow for a few nights.

Pick it up at store took a little longer then was expected but well worth the wait.
