Customer service was quick and pick up time was arranged quickly.

So far so good! We have been sleeping on this mattress for a month and it is very comfortable, supportive without being too soft. We went with medium firm but could have probably gone with firm - we live in Northern BC so we’re not able to try it out in person. Still happy with our purchase. Shipping was easy.

Fast shipping, great communication

Lack of customer service and made in china

Advertise high and low about “made in Canada” and I ordered pillows, pillow covers and mattress pads and they are ALL made in China. Just another greenwashing company. Also no response from them when I emailed them about it.

Experience was great! Customer service was so helpful with all my questions. Mattress is a great product!

Great shop, great website, great products. Appreciate the mindfulness and sourcing of sustainable materials.

Knowledgeable staff, fantastic product.

Got rid of the night sweating for our latex bed.

Ordered a dresser and had it delivered. Everything was perfect.

Website is easy to navigate and there is always lots of useful information about the products. Shipping is pretty quick considering it is coming across the country (for me).

Great service, great product!

Exactly what we wanted, thank you.

I needed to make my bed more firm. The 2 inch topper firm just added enough firmess to my medium soft 5 inch matress. Fast delivery, best product.

They were kind and the service was good

Awesome no longer waking up from pain! Especially shoulders!

Love it. . . smooth throughout

Service was great, very responsive, quick shipping, well packaged.

Very friendly and helpful salesman in the Nanaimo store. I liked that my new pillow came in its own cotton carry bag. Very handy if I’m going to travel with it.

Customer service by phone was exceptional and shipping was fast!
