During the installation the plumber ran into a leak between the GAC & SED crossover. I had to contact Express Water and got a replacement part. No longer a leak. Problem number two: The SED gauge didn’t show any presser level at all, GAC pressure level of 48 & ACB of 50. The ACB gauge showed an oil level considerably then the other two gauges. Again, I had to contact Express Water. Their answer was not all gauge’s shoe accurate readings. Their answer was trying one of two possible approaches. First was to try a 3-step approach. I followed the step-by-step procedure to try to acquire presser in the SED gauge and not work. Second approach was to purchase a TDS meter to check the quality of the water. I not only purchased a TDS meter and purchased a new gauge. The water quality in the house is in the GOOD range and the water pressure in the house unchanged, has not been degraded & good pressure. The end result one gauge not showing any pressure and two gauges showing between 48 -50. Is the filter system working ???. I’m not sure. For the price I didn’t expect these many issues.
I purchased this 3-stage filter to be a key component in a multi-stage system to address my low-production well with extremely poor water quality. The other filtration components were from other firms. I selected the WH300SCKS because of its high quality metal frame and pressure gauges to monitor every stage and its clear sump for the initial sediment stage. Unfortunately, the unit failed out-of-the-box. The clear sediment sump leaked like a sieve. The replacement sump was a different design incompatible with the original unit. The second replacement, an entire WH300SCKS system, had exactly the same problem as the first. After I demanded a refund, Express Water's Customer Service went radio silent. I got a refund on the unit I purchased when I returned it to Home Depot. Their other stuff now sits on a shelf waiting from Express Water to send a return shipping label. I replaced the removed WH300SCKS with a similar unit from another firm. It worked first time without problem and is filtering my water now. Based on multiple interactions with this firm, I believe they have a serious quality control problem with their manufacturing arm. The people are friendly, but the results are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this firm. I hope they'll get their act together someday.
Highly recommend Express Water and their products!
Zero customer support
Service could’ve been a little bit better
Shipping is usually very slow and not reliable. It is never comparable to Amazon in terms of delivery speed. The products eventually arrive, but the long wait time is frustrating and affects the overall experience.
I am glad to learn about your product among many alternatives. I nailed it!
I got what I purchased
Fast shipping and fast delivery of the product. Good quality and easy to switch out filters.
Good Job
Works great. Have no problem with the filter system. Have a problem with marketing. And I don't like being overcharged
I installed this system to follow our existing well water treatment system. It is working great so far. My brother in law is a plumber and came over to help (he's got all the tools). We used pro-press copper fittings and at his recommendations we installed a bypass. Copper is quite expensive, with the ball valves and other fittings we used over $300. 00 in parts and pipe. If you pay someone to install it I wouldn't be surprised it cost as much as you paid Express Water for the install.
Shipping very good
