Efficient and quick delivery

Ordering online was easy and shipping was fast.

I ordered the faucet in Feb’26, we were having our kitchen redone, but that got delayed multiple times. Finally got our countertop in early April- installed the faucet- leaks. Sent a message to express water - NO response. I know it’s been over 30 days since purchase, but first use it leaked, and only got worse- had to pull it out. Take a close look at the pic and you’ll see the water. The lack of any response is what gets me- been over a week since I contacted them.

Fast and reliable shipping

Not happy and I usually order my cartridges through Amazon and last time they did not have the cartridges so I ordered directly from Express. I have tried taking the system apart three times the water drips so slow it's ridiculous. I have not had a chance to call the company, and I did have a friend who has the same system that came out and tried to figure it out he said the same thing one of the cartridges must be blocked
