This filter is 10 micron filter. The ones that came from CuZn with the UC-200 were 1 micron filters. If I look around online I can find 5 micron filters, but I am unsure of their compatibility. I wish you offered the original 1 micron ones, or at most a 5 micron. I believe this will impact the longevity of my UC-200.

This company told me this water cooler would fit my RO. Once it got here it turned out it was not compatible. When I called to return it they made me pay for shipping which was over $100. Roughly 1/3 the total cost of this thing. Won't recommend these guys and wont ever do business with them again.

1st tank had a dent. They sent a second tank it had a small dent. My plumber said we could use the second one, but not happy.

I purchased this to replace a poorly designed part that will always strip and leak due to cheap plastic. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't shipped it according to their tracking number. I want my money back so I can order it from Amazon and get it tomorrow.

Our water in NE GA is horrible. We researched numerous systems and chose Express Water 3 years ago. . best thing we ever did to our house! I have “sold” this system to relatives and friends and gave at least 7-8 of them that bought it and are happy. Best value !

I ordered a replacement filter on June 1 and still have not received it. The package was marked “Out for Delivery” by USPS on June 8, then returned to processing and has not moved since. The shipping address on the package contained an incorrect house number, which created additional delivery issues. I contacted USPS and reported the address problem, but I have still not received the item. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or update regarding a replacement or resolution. I cannot review the product itself because it never arrived.
