not as expected. I bought a whole house system 3 yrs ago it too is not doing as well as expected I am still getting hard water deposits

Bought a new bulb just to find out the ballast is blown, after never using it, and most likely blew the new bulb I bought. And support couldn't do much to replace the old ballast since I bought the system too long ago

It took about a day to replace a Culligan RO system. The latter wasn’t compatible with the express water automatic booster pump.

Good morning. How are you doing today? We installed this water filtration system two years ago and we are very impressed with the water quality and taste. I also installed a similar system in my sons house and they are also very satisfied and the water taste good. I am just asking, I bought this replacement filters and uv light about 05/2026 and about a month ago my uv light went out. Is there any kind of warranty for the uv light after 2 to 3 months. The previous uv lights hold for a year and I replaced it with a new one and it was still working. Thank you for this great product and good water quality. They don't care about you. Only money and getting it from you.

Ordered and shipped quickly. For what the product costs, it's a little above store purchase but I love the taste of my water and happy I'm not drinking what would be unfiltered! Could you look into selling in stores? Taking away shipping might make sales increase, especially if you advertise the chemicals this filters out on the boxes.

The first one I got through Home Depot did the same exact thing sent it back, express water sent me another one. It did the same thing.
